"I ordered two freezer light bulbs. Unfortunately one was broken while one was intact. Glad we can at least use one of them but I was disappointed in that two bulbs were loose in the box which inevitably caused them to bang against each other. Please be careful if you are ordering fragile items from this company."

"This company lies, They falsely advertised that they have items in stock when they do not. They offer overnight shipping on these items even though they are not in stock. It has been five days I paid $40 for overnight shipping and I still have not received my product. When I asked customer service to help me they told me that they cannot issue any refund. And then abruptly stopped talking to me. I would recommend never doing business with this company."

I contacted customer service and was asked to send a picture of the damaged box. I did so and never got a response.
