"I ordered a thermostat for my G E refrigerator without looking at any reviews. The price was far better than anyone else. After ordering, I looked up reviews just for fun and was extremely dismayed at what I read. I pretty much expected the wrong part, no part, or long shipping delays. I ordered it on Nov. 24 and got it on Dec 1 so it was exactly 1 week. It was also the right part so I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad. Anyway, I'm happy."

Any online retailer would have the sense to follow up with FedEx / UPS per their relationship. If you want to be able to track the status of your order through their website, then you must create an account. DO NOT select the PayPal checkout option as a guest (which is what I did) because you are then depending upon them to provide you with updates to your order via email. Because I choose to use PayPal, all I received was the original order confirmation email on the day of the order.
After two days without receiving any additional information on the status of my order such as order tracking information, I tried numerous times to call their phone number. After waiting on hold for at least 5 minutes each time, the call would be automatically transferred to voice mail. I left several messages asking about the status of my order and never received a response. I then sent an email to them asking about the status of my order. 5 hours later I received a response email stating that the part I had ordered was out of stock (it was showing as in-stock when I ordered) and they had cancelled my order and would be issuing a refund in 3 to 5 business days. It should not take 3 to 5 business days to issue a PayPal refund!
After waiting 5 business days with no refund and no notification, I emailed them on October 7th requesting that the refund be applied by end of the day, or I would file a dispute with PayPal. Soon after I received an email confirming the refund had been applied which I then verified on PayPal.
I don’t believe the ratings they have on their website. Their reviews shows a 95% four or five star rating percentage compared to this sites 25% positive review rating. I believe this site is much more accurate."

They have not returned my phone call, their system lets you leave a message. They have not replied to any of my 3 emails. Horribe company! Horrible experience!"

I ordered and paid for a simple washing machine part and shipping that showed in stock on their website. I received an email shortly after ordering that it wasn't in stock and they didn't know when it would be. I was able to cancel the order and got an email acknowledging cancelation and that a refund would be issued in 3-5 days. 4 months later and I’m still waiting for refund!
Nobody answers the phone so I've left countless voice mails as well as many emails. This company is terrible!!!!
