"Ordered parts August 20th 2021 and never received.
Now September 17, 2021 and still waiting for refund.
Was told by Appliance Parts 365 a refund would show up today, it didn't . So I was lied to yet again by this company. DON'T SEND MONEY IF YOU NEED PARTS FROM THIS PLACE.

"I was shipped promptly, but the item was not shipped in a box or with protection. The items purchased was delivered scratched and bent, it arrived in the factory plastic packaging. This company does not care about the customer receiving their item in good condition. It can cause you delays if you have to return the item."

"Received dispenser very quickly and looked like the one I was replacing. When I was ready to install wires I noticed the unit you sent had a different connector and would not fit my machine, so I had to cut wire and solder the wire to different connectors so it would work. I did give you the model number of my dishwasher but was sent wrong one. Anyway got it to work just fine and price was very good."

"Order parts for my fridge. Checked status online 4 days later and parts and not shipped. Called the customer service and was on hold for about 30 minutes, then told to leave a message for a callback. Never received a callback. Then I contacted customer service via chat, and had to wait 20 minutes to get someone finally told me my part was delayed due to out of stock (their system showed that it was in stock). They said it would ship Thursday (3 days from them). The following Friday, check online status and order still have not shipped. Call customer service again and no answer. Left a message to call back, but no callback. Finally left the chat note stating if I didn’t receive a call back in 15 minutes I would cancel. Didn’t receive the call back and now it looks like the order is canceled. It appears they’re processing a refund, as I had paid the first day of the order"
"My parts never showed up even though there was a tracking number from FedEx. I tried working with Appliance Parts 365 customer service but was never able to get hold of anyone. FedEx told me the vendor needs to file a claim. So not sure what is happening since I can't get an answer from them. Don't use this vendor. Find your part somewhere else. "

"Placed my order June 30th, received a confirmation which indicated a shipping window of up to 9 business days. Silly me, I thought this meant it arriving in that window. But it took them 16 days (6/30 to 7/15) to even ship it. While I have been watching for its delivery the last two days they were just bothering to fill the order.
