"I cancelled both orders within 24 hours of placing them on May 6, 2021, and requested a refund. Vendor kept assuring me that my refunds would be issued. After my repeated attempts, the first refund was finally credited to my card on June 14, 2021, AFTER I opened a dispute. Vendor ignored my request completely on the second order. I was forced to open another dispute. Citi informed me today, July 6, 2021, that my dispute has been fully resolved in my favor. THEIR PRICES MAY LOOK GOOD BUT MY ITEMS WERE OUT OF STOCK. IT WAS THE WORST OF HASSLES TO GET MY MONEY BACK. After lengthy footdragging by the vendor, I even warned them that it could either issue my refunds and avoid a negative review, or I would write a review of their shoddy practices. I'm holding to my word."

It stated they had the parts in inventory, after a week of waiting on them too ship the parts which I paid extra to be delivered in 3 days, finally got ahold of them by email. They stated they had a mix up with their inventory and it would take a few days for them too be able too ship. I asked them to expedite the parts when they got them needing for 4th of July weekend. They refused and told me if I didn't like it I could cancel the order. I cancel and put a dispute through PayPal. I wish I would of read their reviews before dealing with them. BBB even states not too use them."

"Needed shipping bolts for a washer for a military move. Put the order in at 2pm CST - the same time zone as this company - and paid for express 2 day shipping as the bolts were needed ASAP. 5 DAYS later no bolts, no email, but my credit card was charged. When I contacted the company - thru chat as there was no phone number provided and, when I found one, no one answered - was told they did not received the order until 4:20pm, which was too late for them to process it that day. They informed me they processed the order on Monday but it wouldn't be completed and shipped until Friday. My expedited order that would take 3-4 days with most companies took 10 days to arrive. I told the rep if I had known it would take a week to process the order, I would not have paid $10 to expedite shipping, to which they replied they could send it to another address but would not be able to refund the cost of expedited shipping. If you need something in a hurry, want a record of your purchase, and want to be able to speak to someone do NOT use this company. "
"Appliance Parts 365 is an amazing company, I ordered parts I needed for my dishwasher and they saved me a boat load of money. I went to my local dishwasher/washing machine repair center and they wanted $375 dollars for the two parts I needed for my dishwasher. I went online to ApplianceParts365.com and ordered the original OEM parts at a more then fair price of $20.00, shipping was $10.00. I opted for the 7-10 day shipping and just like clockwork my items arrived on time. I would definitely recommend Appliance Parts 365 to anyone that is looking for an honest company that sells parts what seems to be wholesale, but is retail. I'll be using Appliance Parts 365 for all my needs in the future and will be referring them to all my friends and family. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible.

"I ordered a part that they claimed was in stock. They still claim that it's in stock. Shortly after I placed my order, I got an email saying that it was out of stock, but they charged my credit card anyway. I notified them through their system that I wanted to cancel the order. I never heard back. I notified them again and still didn't hear back. Calling their number just results in being put on hold.
I was willing to pay slightly more for a part and ordered from them because they claimed to have had it in stock, but it might have been quicker and cheaper to special order it from somebody else. I ended up finding a place with Genuine Replacement Parts that had it in stock, and with shipping, it was actually a few cents cheaper. It wasn't about the money though but about being charged for something that they never had, still claim to have, won't send and won't cancel. "
"First off, I would like to have given them a higher review because I'm very happy that I got the right part for my GE refrigerator door that the official GE site wasn't able to do and wasn't able to rectify in a satisfactory manner either. GE Applicances gets a 0/10 rating for how badly they've handled this entire thing.
Now on to Appliance365. I placed the order and nothing happened for a week. I tried calling like others have and ultimately got directed to voicemail. I emailed them on a Friday and the following Monday as I was about to contact PayPal to cancel the order I got a reply telling me they were back ordered and expected the part in a few days. They also gave me the option of cancelling the order. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and replied back to go ahead and send it when it came in. I got a confirmation email when they sent it out and it looked like they sent the same wrong part GE did. I was very unhappy when the package arrived because I figured I got the same wrong part GE Appliances sent. Nope Appliance Parts 365 sent the right part.
I would give them a higher rating, but they really need to work on their Customer Support."
"If there was a way to give negative stars review, I would. First they took 2 weeks to ship a part. Then it was received damaged and unusable. So they sent a replacement part, also damaged and unusable. On this 2nd attempt, they came back and said it was usable, until I pointed out that a glass tube in the element was cracked, making it a safety risk, they finally agreed.
By the way, I went to another supplier, who sent me the part in two days, undamaged and usable out of the box. What they did right was that they triple packed it, so the sensitive part isn't damaged in shipment."

I finally reached a representative and was able to get a status on the part. They said it will ship tomorrow, even though the site said it was in stock when ordered two weeks ago. I was able to get a copy of the order so I do feel better about my chances of either getting the part or a refund if it doesn't arrive. "
