9+ months and no parts - and no refund

"Appliance Parts 365 gladly took my money, and when I inquired about the arrival of the parts 45 days later, stated they would be shipping "soon" as they were backordered.

9 months, 3 chats, 12 emails, and 0 parts later...I still don't have a refund.

Don’t Use This Company

"I wish I had checked reviews before I ordered my replacement fridge trays from here. They each cost $57, and when they arrived, they were packaged TERRIBLY. Each one was barely wrapped in very thin foam. You could see the ends, and most of the tray. They were not protected whatsoever. They are plastic parts, and one had a huge crack directly in the center. This is a tray for the door of our fridge, so a huge crack weakens the entire tray and then it doesn’t work... I immediately called the customer service number and left a message to let them know, and see how to proceed with a return and refund. Then I made sure to email them pictures. A week later my husband also called the number. It has been two weeks and we have not heard a peep back.
At this point, I rather doubt they are going to respond. Maybe they, like so many, are having issues finding workers due to the global pandemic. But I am not sure this justifies the abysmal packing job, and ignoring the issues people have when they have paid for a product and receive it unusable due to said packing job.

Swirch & Bait

"Ordered a refrigerator part as it showed in stock. Paid for 2 days shipping. Chatted with representative 2 days later as I did not reveiv a tracking number. Was informed that the item was on backorder. So tired of these websites showing in stock, while they don't have a physical inventory. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Appliance Parts 365. "

Your mistake is not my problem!

"Worst customer service experience ever! I ordered a part on 2/14/21. The following day they notified me that the item was back ordered and would take 2-3 weeks to get back into stock. They asked if I wanted to wait, or cancel and refund my item. I needed it urgently and told them to cancel my item. I ordered through a competitor and it came in a couple days. On 4/2 the item arrived after I asked them to refund me! When I contacted customer service, they said I would need to file a return request to request a label and bring the items to UPS. Their mistake is not my responsibility. Refund me, and if you want the item you erroneously sent me back, come pick it up. Now they have waisted my time and money! After 1.5 hours on the with customer service, the best they would do is email me a label. Ridiculous!"

Bad

"I order some parts, for my microwave, their website said they had both in stock, I placed my order and selected their FedEx express shipping. 6 days later, I called them and after the 4th try, someone finally answered. The lady was very helpful, but said they should have the parts but the warehouse said they were out of one of them, so nothing had even shipped. I asked her to cancel the order and I ordered from somewhere else. First and last time with Appliance365!!"

Waste of time

"I ordered a kitchen stand mixer bowl from them about a month ago. This order was placed mainly because they were one of the few vendors claiming to have this part in stock that shipped for a reasonable price (I had previously looked through at least 3 pages of Google results before finding them).

A few days later, they e-mailed me to inform me the item is actually on backorder and quoted 2-3 weeks before the item would be back in stock. 3 weeks came and went, no bowl ever surfaced, and they never bothered to provide an updated estimate for fulfillment time. I called into their customer service line to request an update last week, but was sent to voicemail, and the message I left was not returned.

In frustration, I sent an e-mail out this morning requesting cancellation, which thankfully they were willing do. This experience leaves me hesitant to do business with them again.

Thieves

"Sent me a faulty icemaker. Slow service. Continue to give me the run a round. Returned ice maker and they refuse to give a refund. Email doesn't tell me why, it just gives a long list of reasons they might have denied it. Seems to be their technique to keep you from getting a refund. Don't do business with them."

Way too slow to ship!

"I ordered a push-start button for a dryer. They sat on the order for over a week before they sent it. For $4.90 they should have sent it express mail THE SAME DAY, the part probably weighs less than an ounce. Horrible company to do business with. I wish I had looked up their reviews before ordering from them."

Worst Company Ever

"Ordered a switch for my stove and paid extra for expedited shipping. The switch they told me was the right switch was the wrong switch. I sent it back at my cost and they charged me a restocking fee even thought the error was on their end. Stupid me, I ordered a replacement switch from them. They never sent it. Now working through the Better Business Bureau to get a refund. They don't answer the phone, they don't respond to e-mails and their "live chat" function on their website is anything but "live". The BBB has downgraded them to an "F". "

Terrible Company

"I order the part on feb 22 and contact them on feb 24th to ask if the item was in stock. The representative told me it was in stock. I asked for tracking and they said it takes 2 to 3 business days to ship. So I wait until feb 25th and contact them and ask if my item shipped. They tell me it’s out of stock and should be in stock soon. At this point I am fed up with them so I told them to give me a full refund. So they cancel my order and give me a full refund that they said will take 3 to 5 days to get. So we will see if I even get my money back. I feel like this company takes people money and never had the product to begin with and they hope you don’t ever ask for a refund so they can just keep your money. I took my business else where and I won’t ever do business with them again. "
