"Ordering in early December, I was told there was a two week back order, which was fine. Two weeks later, I requested an update and got crickets. A week later, the same. Weekly, no response to then daily requests just for an update. Nothing! Today, I finally got through on their website to a chat, and was told it would be two more weeks. I asked for a guaranteed delivery or a discount guarantee, both of which were rejected. I’ve asked for a refund and I’m suspect I’ll be getting it based on their past customer service. "
"I wish I would've looked at this site, and others first. You input the appliance model # your looking for parts for, it shows you the parts. The parts aren't necessarily for that model # you searched for. I ordered 2 charcoal filters for my GE over the range microwave for $23, including shipping and they weren't even close. 7-9 days shipping is after a good 6-7 waiting for the item to ship also. Then they make you pay the shipping to return and charge a 10% restocking fee on top of that. Im still waiting 4 days later for customer service to send me the return info. This company is a scam, steer clear. You're better off paying a few $'s more from someone that's more reliable. I wish I could post pictures in this review to validate it better for whomever is reading it."

"I placed an order with 365 appliance a few weeks ago and almost immediately received an email notifying me that the product I purchased is on "backorder" and will only be arriving within a couple of months. They gave me the option to receive a refund because of this backorder and I opted for the refund as I needed the product ASAP. It has been 15 days since my order was placed and they haven't responded to ANY of my emails and their customer service line goes straight to voicemail every single time. I'm not escalating with PayPal and it's going to take over a month to get my money back. These people are scammers. If you want to keep your money and save yourself a lot of time just go with ANY other vendor. 0/10 experience with 365 appliance. "
"I ordered a part on December 2, 2020. According to the website the part was in stock. I paid for overnight shipping, on December 9, 2020 I received an email stating that the part was on back order and it would be an additional couple of weeks before it was in stock. Here it is 2 months later and I still have not received the part. As a matter of fact I can’t get anyone to call me or email with an update regarding estimated time. I have tried to call and email several times this last month and still NO RESPONSE. Terrible customer service. "

"When they say 2-9 business day shipping, I was expecting that as time from placing the order. After the order email, it took about two weeks of silence before sending an email telling me the part was shipped with the tracking information. After that, the part arrived within the 2-9 days for shipping. I figured it was a scam company given the big delay, but had delayed in cancelling the order. I think it's rather dishonest to advertise 2-9 day shipping, but not make it clear that the order will not ship for two weeks. This creates confusion for the customers, in addition to being frustrating if you're trying to get things done on a timeline, so knocking off two stars."

They do not reply to messages, they do not return calls or answer the phone, they show a chat option but then as you're completing they go offline. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY."

On 1/21 had live chat with Michelle of Appliance Parts 365 who advised me that parts were being shipped. Parts arrived 1/23. My wife now had her oven back and I had peace and tranquility. Thank you Michelle and appliance Parts 365. Would not hesitate using their service again. "
