"I ordered parts on December 16 2020, I paid for 2 day shipping. They finally shipped on January 6 2021, I received them on the 8th. I attempted to contact them 8 times via email, phone, and their contact us page, I never received a reply. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, first in my 40 year life."

"I really don’t understand the bad reviews. I ordered a part for my dishwasher on 10/31/20. It shipped on 11/10/20. By 12/13/20 I still hadn’t received it, so I sent them an email and they explained to me that it had been shipped, but since I hadn’t received it yet they’d be happy to reimburse me and my account was credited the next day. However, on 1/9/21 my part arrived in the mail. Turns out USPS parcels were very backed up because of volume and Covid. I sent another email to applianceparts365 and they told me to keep the part and as a courtesy for my inconvenience, they would not charge me. It was a pleasure to deal with them!"
"Ordered samsung part in stock, then they say part is back ordered so I waited. Turns out I was sent a Hair Curly from overseas. My part was sent with Fed Ex tracking, the actual shipping label had the same tracking number as Fed EX which showed delivered , BUT, with a 92 digit in front which is like USPS / smart posts. This was how I was informed it would be sent by Service: DHL / First Class / Smartpost. The box had a cheap hair curler in it and NO return shipping info on the shipping label. They don't care ! So I find this website with nothing but BAD reviews !"

"I paid Fedex Priority overnight $40.30 for shipping and today is day number 8 and I still didn't get the part. They said that it was Fedex fault, but they created the label and the package was sitting in their office until I started to complain. Michelle, the manager, very rude and she doesn't care about the customers, she is not able to refund the money that I paid for nothing. I won't buy in this crappy place anymore. There are many better places to buy the same parts."
"Terrible operation! Ordered a part, got credit card charged immediately. Order didn't ship for 5 days. After I called them to find out what's going on they just lied that it will ship tomorrow. After waiting another 5 days called again and was scolded (sic!) for not being patient! Customer rep got defensive instead of giving shipping ETA! This business should not even exist, do not shop there."
"I ordered a replacement oven element using overnight shipping. They sent out my part the next evening, using Home Delivery instead. I contacted them through PayPal to dispute the charge and to try to recoup my shipping fee. They told me it was FedEx's fault that my order wasn't shipped properly, and that I should contact them to get my money back. I thought the shipper chose the shipping method??

"Thieves, said they had part in stock, took my money, then said oops, it will be 2 weeks. Now is has been 5 weeks. No refund possible, no part delivered, no response from customer service. I chatted with them and they said part was shipping. I asked for proof, they said oh well maybe it has not been picked yet so no proof available. They are liars and crooks and I ask why paypal does business with them. I should have checked reviews prior to ordering "
"I ordered 3 items and all were listed as "Availability: IN STOCK - Typically ships in 1 or 2 business days". The next day I got an email from them saying that the order was "currently on back order due to Covid-19. The delay could be another 2-3 weeks". Checked the web site and all 3 items still are listed as in stock.
I can't recommend ordering from a vendor that lies about their inventory."
"I was lucky enough not to use them. It was all do to the time previous customers too to write their review. I was looking for an oven rack, Walmart was $38 and Appliance Parts was $15, I was excited by almost half the cost. As I was just about to put in my order, I decided to check them out on BBB. They had no info and the site was “ being updated” ( great way to not get negative views). So I did some more digging and found this site. Thank you so much for taking your time to comment. These reviews just saved me, what sounds like months of hassle. I’m willing to pay more if I can get the product in 5 days. The cost is not worth the no calls and no return emails ( Covid19 or not). "
