"Ordered a fridge seal, suppose to arrive 5-7 days, 20 some days later called, they finally mailed! Installed easily to find out it was NOT MAGNETIZED at all (false advertising). No human available via phone, emailed customer service. After many days between responses finally filed paypal claim. They then responded with a return link, where they expect me to pay restock fee and rtn shipping, YOU SENT A BAD PART, I don't think so! Then sent me an email I had to agree to their "warranty policy" and I could get replacement part or refund (THEIR CHOICE) I got rid of fridge by now, as OVER 30 days, no fridge during fiasco! To agree to their warranty you have to agree it is VOID if you file after 30 days of PURCHASE DATE regardless or shipping date! If I would agree that would automatically void the pay pal claim, again I DON"T think so! Paypal refunded my $. BUYER BE WARE! Also to file warranty the wanted serial # of the fridge I had to get rid of!"

"It took over 9 days before they shipped my part. My emails went unanswered when I inquired about the shipping. It arrived too late to be of use so they said I had to return it within 30 days and they would only refund the cost of the part. They strongly suggested I use a traceable method for the return. I opted to toss the part, since the refund wan't worth the cost to ship the part back. I would never use this company again! "
"STAY AWAY - SCAM ALERT. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to ordering. Their website looks pretty legitimate, so thought it would be fine. They billed immediately, but didn't ship the part. Tried to contact via phone number on their website, but it's a totally automated system designed to give you the run-around. Terrible experience!!"
"First their phone system doesn't work so you can't speak to anyone then they don't reply to your emails about not receiving your order. Thankfully I saved my emails and contacted my credit card company to get a refund. I placed my order on July 4th and as of July 23 I still don't know where the order is. I wish I had read all their reviews beforehand to see that almost everyone has had the same experience within the last few months. When a company has so many negative reviews you know its a company that you too will come to regret doing business with."
"Order a part from Appliance 365 and paid via paypal. They did not ship it and do not respond to emails or phone calls. Had to file a dispute with PayPal. Appliance 365 finally responds and states part of back order and will issue an immediate refund which they never do. PayPal had to intervene and issue my refund. I ordered the part from another reputable supplier the day Appliance 365 stated part on back order and were issuing a refund. I had the part in two days! These guys are thieves!! BEWARE and believe the reviews!!"
"I ordered two parts for my stove online on May 3, 2020 using my VISA card. The parts were scheduled to arrive in 7 to 14 days. After the shipment didn’t arrive in 14 days, I called Appliance 365 and they keep you on hold for 15 mins and just dropped the call. That forced me to email them and they responded by asking me if I still wanted the two parts that I ordered. I said yes. After another two weeks (June 3 2020), I emailed again and Appliance Parts 365 stated that the part was on back order. I requested a refund on June 20 2020 but never got a response from Appliance Parts 365.
On June 27 2020, I opened up a dispute via PayPal online dispute system where I requested a refund. I was issued a refund on July 17 which was placed back on my VISA card. Thank you PayPal and please don’t use Appliance Parts 365 out of Cincinnati, OH.

"30 days since I ordered my part which was billed when ordering it. No update just a receipt. Even paid for expedited shipping. If they won't cancel my order I will go to my credit card company and tell the they billed without shipping! I would never use these guys again! Buyer beware!"
