I did a quick search for reviews and google came up with like 4.3 out of 5 stars. Those reviews are so blatantly BS. I am positive they are loaded. Why would a company need to do that? "I placed an order on June 8th for replacement refrigerator bins. I received a confirmation email the same day, both the site and the invoice state that it takes 2 to 9 business days for shipping. Here it is July 6th and I still don't have my purchased items. I have attempted several times to email them with zero response back to me. I have filled out their "Contact Us" inquiry with zero response back to me and I have made many attempts to call them and I can never get through to this said company. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE people that think scamming people is acceptable. Where do we go from here????!!!"
"I ordered bins and drawers for my Whirlpool refrigerator..my debit card was charged yet I never got the product! If you try to chat online its always closed..call...the first time I went thru the voicemail made and then it just hung up on me...the next time I called it went to message. I finally after 2 weeks of trying to contact someone was emailed that my bins were on backorder but the drawers would come June 12...I canceled the bins and waited...June 12th came and went..no drawers I waited 1 more week to be sure...I went thru the contact process again and finally got emailed a week and a half later..no word on when the drawers would arrive so I canceled that order also...I did get a refund for both orders.
If you are looking for parts for your appliance look at Amazon and Ebay...I was able to order both parts and had them within a couple of weeks! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WEBSITE!!"

"I ordered refrigerator drawers that were advertised as fits "most" Whirlpool models. (Mine is not old.) I was advised it was on backorder. Fine. I waited a month and a half, even though they charged my credit card as soon as it was ordered. When I emailed to check on it, it shipped out with no explanation two days later (which tells me they forgot about it). When it arrived, it was the wrong part and didn't fit. In the return email, they said you should have ordered this different part, which was the first time I was told that. They refused to pay return shipping. The shipping charges to get it here were exorbitant and the packaging excessive. Customer service says they are sorry for frustration but clearly aren't. So I will be paying over $40 shipping total for $100 in frig drawers that never fit and were immediately returned. I never write reviews but don't want anyone to go through what I have. Buyer beware-- shop elsewhere. Do not support such poor customer service. "

"I ordered my part on June 5th and payed for 2-5 day shipping through FedEx. I didn't receive the part until June 12th. I never received an order confirmation or any other communication. I received the wrong part so I sent a message through their website on Monday June 15th. I have not received a response as of today June 19th. I called what I thought was Appliance Parts who I have dealt with in the past; only to find out this is not the same company. I got the number for "Applianceparts365" and called...Stayed on hold for an extended period and the line disconnected. This is not just horrible but a con!!!

"I ordered something. For the next 3 days I tried to cancel the order. I sent multiple emails. I called any times. When I called, I'd wait on hold for over 10 minutes before they hung up on me.
No tracking or shipping information was sent to me.
When the part came, it was the wrong part. Even though their website assured me that the part was right for the model number that I entered. Also the part was poorly boxed; easy to break.
NOW I had to pay another $18 to ship it back to them."
