"I found the part I needed, place the order, they charged my credit card, got email confirmation of order it said shipping within 1 to 2 days. It’s now a week and a half later status still shows processing or not yet shipped, they will not return emails chat and their phone system just rings and rings in five or 10 minutes later it goes to a busy signal. I don’t think they exist. Avoid them at all costs, he will be ripped off like the many other people who left comments on the Internet that I wish I read before I placed this order. The only good thing is that I ordered with a credit card and will be able to dispute it and get my money back."
"I purchased 4 knobs for my electric cook top om 4/20/2020. They originally said the part was back ordered, obviously this was because I paid for fed ex. The bag I rec'd, on 4/27/2020, had a damaged knob, when I tried to put them on my stove they didn't fit. Apparently the ones I rec'd were for a gas stove. I contacted them to find out that both knobs, gas & electric have the exact same part number. I rec'd a RA# to return them. I mailed them through the post office on 5/1/2020 with the RA# on the outside of the bag and the email and purchase information with the RA# on the inside. After several emails requesting my refund, the customer service said they would forward me to a manager, on 6/4/2020. Today is 6/13/2020 and I just filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my refund. As of today I still do not have any knobs for my cook top. Whirlpool electric cook top knobs **** as the part that actually turns the metal part to turn it on is made of thin plastic... Hopefully my credit card company will handle this quickly. These knobs are over $10 each.

"I ordered 2 refrigerator parts April 17, 2020. Received them mid May. They were both in an unpadded envelope (the parts are hard plastic) without any protection and 1 part was broken. It was the worst packaging I have ever seen. I sent an email and completed the required return form. Got a reply asking for pictures. Sent those and was told to wait for an RA number before returning the item. I never received the RA number and the website says no returns accepted after 30 days. Due to long shipping time, the website suggests ordering the replacement while waiting for the return to be processed (which I did not due, luckily). I have tried calling but the returns line goes to a mailbox that is full. If you call the order line, you are on hold for several minutes, then the call drops. The phone line says you can chat with a representative on the website, but that isn't true. I have received no responses to my emails. Now I have a broken part and no way to either get a replacement or a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY."

"Ordered online fridgidaire 3 door shelf bins, 1 part no. 240356401 & 2 part no. 240323001 but inadvertently placed $121.00 as shipping. Called them the following day and with patience was able to talk to Robert and told him to ship as regular instead = $9.90 (2-9 days delivery) and he immidiately fixed the issue and told me that the refund will be in my card in 2-4 days. I received and email from him And money did came back to my account and my oRder arrived in 6 days!
