What a disgrace!

"Ordered a dishwasher part. Their site says 1-2 days processing. It is now the third day, and the item has yet to be shipped. All phone calls have you waiting, then after 15 mins, you get asked to leave a message. No one ever calls. Why have a customer care number if you don't take care of your customers? Lesson learned. "

Dishonest and unorganized

"I ordered a washer pump, specified 2 day delivery. After 2 days I called, got no answer, the phone took thru the promos and eventually hung up on me. Left emails , then called the next day. Got hung up on. Finally got thru to customer service, part was not in stock. When I ordered the part it told me they had the part, and it would be delivered in 2 days. What’s wrong is I did not receive anything on the order status, and found it very difficult to get a live body to find out why I had not received my part. So I’m to assume they were going to 2 day fed ex in about a week when part was coming in. I would have never ordered it from this company had I known it was not in stock. I had options of many others for this common part. Good news I cancelled the order, got my money back and used Amazon, and getting it in 1 day, for 1/2 the cost."

DISHONEST COMPANY

"I purchased a dishwasher part from them. Paid extra to expedite shipping. 3 weeks later nothing had arrived. I called first they insisted that I never purchased anything from them. Then after I proved it they said that they lost my order. I waited 2 more weeks. Then to make matters worse THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PART! NOT EXPEDITED LIKE I PAID FOR either.I called them spoke to a manger they wouldn't send me the right part. They wanted me to keep the bad part. I told them I needed the part I ordered. They refused to send it. I disputed the purchase through my cc to get my money back they had the audacity to dispute my dispute to try to keep the money for the bad part that I couldn't use and was still brand new in packaging. The wouldn't exchange the part or help me or send me the right part. I returned the wrong part back to them at my expense. Keep in mind this was there fault, not mine, I had proof of the part I ordered, which they originally lost then sent the wrong part out so they should have paid for the shipping not me. The still refused to make it right by sending me the correct part or by returning my money. As it stands now they have kept the $96.15 and the wrong brand new unused part both anyway. They have also disputed my cc dispute to make sure they keep my money. DISHONEST COMPANY. UNFAIR PRACTICES. THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WORD. STAY AWAY. I am going to call my cc company one more time. As it stands they have BOTH the part AND my money! NOT A HONEST COMPANY! "

Dishonest. Avoid Company

"summary:
- they told me the would send me only part of my order due to no stock and asked if I wanted the partial and get a refund on the missing items.
- I said yes, send the partial. I got the missing items somewhere else
- they end up shiping the whole order, without my consent, and did not refund me the items I had already purchased somewhere else.
Translation: dishonest, horrible service, con artists.

"My order short 4 pcs General Electric Bearing Slide Part # WE3M52. I called twice to claim but I do not get them yet. 1st representative said problem will resolve in this week, next week i call back then 2nd representative say the same thing.( I forget to ask their name) .Today I have talk to Robert he said he can do it. A month already I do not known when problem 's resolved. "

A real appliance parts store?

"I received a defective part from these guys. Here's where a businesses credibility come into play. I had to pay for return shipping for credit! Can you believe it. There is many more respectable companies out there. Hopefully all you review readers out there will take you business elsewhere and let this "company" sink in the hole where it belongs. Horrible! Worst Communication!

"I ordered a part for my oven. Appliance Parts 365 said it was in stock and shipping would take 2-9 business days. I waited 2 full weeks and the order status online said "not shipped yet". I called and spoke to a man that said the item is on back order and has not been processed yet because they didn't know if I wanted to proceed with the order. He can process it now, but it will take an additional 5-9 days from today. He said I should have received an email explaining all of this. I informed him that I did not receive an email (after checking Trash, Spam, and Inbox). He said it went out and he can see the tracker to make sure that "my girls are doing what they are supposed to be doing... well, not my girls, my women... well that doesn't sound right either. My secretary people. (while he laughed)"

I am now going to go a month without an oven. The communication is horrible and the jokes were unprofessional. Stay away from this company!

They put wrong picture for the part on website to mislead customer

"I ordered a part for my sub-zero fridge based on the part number and picture on their website. When I got my part, it was definitely a wrong one but packaged in the bag with correct part number. Their return manager refused to issue a shipping label saying I got a correct part, what a ridiculous reason, They can put a rock in the bag with part number, the claim you get what you order."

They told me what part I need, was wrong one and they have 10% restocking fee plus customer has to pay for shipping

"They told me what part I needed for microwave from model number. This is computer generated. I received part and is not correct part. They don’t like returns. They said but this is what you ordered and ignored us. They have a 10% restocking fee plus the customer has to pay the shipping costs to return. That is quite a money making scheme going on with this type of operation. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate like this."

Find someone else!

"I had to replace the plate for my microwave. I gave them the serial number for the part and their price was the best. When I received the plate it was way too small. Even though they sent me the wrong plate, I had to pay the return shipping. The shipping cost me almost as much as the plate itself. Due to a temporary "out of stock" issue there was a long lapse between the time that I ordered the part and when I received it. Since the item has to be returned within 30 days of the shipment, my fear is that I won't get my full refund once they receive it. I have learned my lesson! I will never purchase from this place again."

Lots of lies!

"I ordered a drainhose assembly from these guys and I emailed to see if I could get quicker shipping. Nope, but was told my part would ship out later that day and I would receive an email. The next day I called because I hadn't received any communication yet and was told the same thing....part would be in that day and I would receive a shipping confirmation email. 3rd day still nothing. For 3 days in a row I have contacted them and been lied to about the status of my order. I can completely understand back orders and delays, but don't lie to your customers about it!! I'm contacting the BBB about these guys!"
