"Ordered through Applianceconnections.com website around August ’22. Due to supply chain issues and time lag coordinating for delivery, the items didn’t arrive until end of February ‘23. The logistics delivery company was patient and courteous to help me reschedule and coordinate my installation at a later date of my choosing. Unfortunately I encountered issues with the misinformation from the delivery team (deliverer asked me to sign/acknowledge delivery without properly inspect items despite gross damage to outer packaging) and White Glove Delivery not performed to expectation described on AP’s website. When I raised the concerns to the company’s attention, AP (customer rep. Ivorie) and their logistic delivery (YF Logistics) were receptive to feedback and my overall experience. They acknowledge their shortcomings and worked diligently to restore trust and confidence as a quality seller/deliverer of luxury appliances. I appreciate AP’s commitment to their customers and their quality assurance. "

Installers didn't know how to connect power for new dishwasher. They also installed it with manuals taped to back - had to uninstall, remove manuals and reinstall.
Their knowledge of how to install was so poor, I'm afraid they didn't do a good job and we'll have a flood due to poor pipe connections.

"We purchased multiple appliances for a new build, very bad idea with their policies. Shipping times were all over the place, most delayed. Incorrect appliances arrived, washer arrived without matching dryer, after months dryer was no longer available, had to start over. Was told freezer arrived when it hadn’t. Customer service was difficult to work with. The worst was a damaged oven was shipped. Outside of box and oven were undamaged so we accepted. Since build was delayed and it wasn’t delayed, by the time we installed and discovered unfixable damage we were well out of their return time. Again customer service was not helpful, even hung up on us. The savings are not worth it! We have since discovered they are known for these issues and wish we had researched better. "
