"My original order had a backorder estimate of 2 months but has taken a total of 7 months to get shipped. The manufacturer delays are outside of Appliances Connection's control, but there isn't proactive communication about delays because there are just too many and the customer service reps are swamped.
My advice is to be patient and set reminders to send follow up questions with the email support ticket system. It might take multiple service ticket / email representatives before reaching one that can fully resolve your issue. Each representative I dealt with was polite and tried their best, but there are different levels of order details that they can see.
For me, I was about to receive an oven, but the warehouse discovered it was damaged before shipping it out. A replacement order was made, but resulted in me getting placed at the back of the queue by mistake. I tried both by phone and email (via the ticket system). Only the email representative Latoya Johnson understood what happened and promised she would try to allocate an oven for me manually when the next shipment arrived. She also proactively involved her supervisor to aid this process, and it was a success!
I understand Latoya had to go the extra mile to remedy this issue for me manually. Her diligence and perseverance erased all the other frustrations I had on the misinformation I received before from other representatives. I wish there can be more representatives like Latoya. I hope her peers admire her and can learn from her."

"Again an outstanding support from customer specialist Martin Somah! We bought a Miele washer and Dryer and a connecting stacking kit to be able to stack them on top of each other. First the stacking kit was missing when they delivered the dryer :( then when it came the installation hardware was missing and the team who was supposed to install it used just 4 screws they had in the back of their truck and just drilled it in the washing machine. They didn't even know that there had to be sealing rings and retaining plates installed, so the dryer is properly secured on top of the washer (I found that out in an installation video I watched) the first customer service didn't really help us and delayed the whole process of getting the missing parts. I got so desperate that i wrote Martin who helped us with another issue before (super nice, friendly and fast support too) who again straightened everything out and we got the missing parts. I can't praise him high enough. He is so far the best and most professional customer service specialist i know. Thank you!!!! "
