"We purchased a new washer & dryer for our new home and was so pleased with the sales person on the phone and the detailed information provided to us. Anytime I called with a question, the staff was efficient and courteous. The tracking system and process was exceptional. The items were delivered t when they said actually a few hours sooner but they kept contact through the entire process.

"I found this company online in search of higher end appliances that would be delivered pretty quickly. Home Depot, Best Buy were showing a long turn around. I decided to use Appliances Connection, which I used in the past to order a new Refrigerator from in another home. I ordered Gas Stove, Dishwasher, Refrigerator and Washer / Dryer on October 31st. It is now December 7th. Everything was received except for washer / dryer. Their delivery service is where things go wrong. They charge you for white glove, but the delivery people don't want to do any of the work. I paid all sort of white glove fees, and they have yet to hook up Dishwasher, Fix Stove Leg (which arrived broken).
Thank GOD I found a wonderful representative there, her name is Dominique. Absolutely incredible customer service. This was my 5th or 6th call. She finally has tried to resolve these concerns. We had to cancel the washer / dryer and order a different one even though their website still shows it available. Please call if you need the appliances and confirm the are in stock. The website is inaccurate. Also, double check all measurements. Other than these things, excellent experience.
Not sure if the small savings and "quick" delivery is worth this headache. Ordering 1 appliance from them, was much easier than ordering the entire set, which should not be the case. Thank you Dominique for helping to ease the pain and for all your help!"
