"We recently purchased a wine refrigerator from Appliances Connection. As the delivery company was unloading it from their truck, they noticed a sizeable indention and tear in the side of the box holding the refrigerator. They recommended unpacking the fridge to inspect it before they left. It was then that we found a large dent in the rear of the refrigerator. We reached out to Appliances Connection Customer Service and filed an online claim to alert them to the issue. They quickly offered us the option of replacing the dented unit with a new one or keeping the dented unit in exchange for a generous refund and an extended warranty on the refrigerator. We felt this was a very fair offer and accepted the latter of the two options. Brenae, our customer service representative was very empathetic, fair, and professional. You can tell a lot about a company in how they handle situations that haven't gone as they should have. Because of the good experience we had with Brenae, we will definitely continue to do business with Appliances Connection."
