He then helped me through the purchase process, in which he sent a complete invoice including all of the components required for a smooth delivery and installation experience. "Fy logistics delivery company never called me to schedule a delivery day and time, instead they notified me via email that they were coming that very same day. Not good!
Delivery of rescheduled day was received 7:30 am on the day of delivery. Again not good for customer service.

"I submitted a request to return the damaged item on May 26th, it is not an easy process. I loved the over-the-range microwave, it is just what I wanted, I was going to accept it with the dent on the side until I realized the door is not aligned. The company puts you through having to wait for a replacement until they file a claim with FedEx. So my money has been **** since I placed the order and still do not have my product. A little disappointed."

"Was extremely pleased with the pricing on the items purchased and the communication on availability and delivery dates. I received the items and during assembly found that two of the legs for the end table were made wrong and could not be used. I called Appliances Connection to get a resolution and was told that the buyer would request replacement parts from the manufacturer. I asked how long it would take to get them and was advised 10 to 14 business days. Several weeks later I called back when the parts had not arrrived and was advised that they had been ordered and it shouldn't be much longer. The conversation I had led me to believe that there was doubt in what I was told. I decided to call the manufacturer and in talking with the agent found that they had in fact gotten the request. The agent told me they emailed Appliances Connection back to get more information for the right parts but had not received a reply. I provided the information they needed and received the parts in a few days. Had I not called the manufacturer I'd probably still be waiting for the parts. The ball was dropped in the end by Appliances Connection and the reason for the 3 star rating. Had they been more proactive it would have been 5 stars!"

"To be honest was a little skeptical, never even heard of Appliances Connection before but they were one of the few places that carried the specific dishwasher I was looking for (two drawers).
The experience from beginning to end was really smooth and good.
Delivery was great, requested a specific date, received text call the day before and 30 minutes before arrival. Guys were professional and good.
