"I was excited about my purchase and upgrading my kitchen until they tried to deliver a stove that I did not order and I have gas appliances they sent an electric . Then 3 days later I received my refrigerator dropped at my door and when I asked the driver to wait for me to inspect and verify it was the correct item I ordered he got in his truck and left . The refrigerator is damaged and I immediately called and let then know what happened with driver and the damages . They wanted to offer me $200 to keep fridge that is damaged and needs repair that would cost well over that $200. Here we are 13 days later several phone calls and work order tickets and the refrigerator is still sitting on my carport and I still have no refund or pick up date . No one from appliance connection has returned my calls. Very Frustrating and disappointing! "
"Both representatives treated me with courtesy and professionalism, in navigating the exchange process for a high end unit. They made an unfortunate situation with my original unit being unable to be installed in my home for City Electrical Code reasons, to an all gas unit (that is compliant) seamless. The tracking and communication from the Appliances Connection was thorough and very clear throughout. All accommodations were made for my schedule in shipping the unit. I am a very satisfied customer."

"We have bought many appliances from Appliances Connection over the years. While they have always been professional, every now and then (especially in these squirrely times of ‘21/’22) things get delayed or otherwise wrapped around the axle. FORTUNATELY the company has Paresh E. to sort things out and get orders/product moving forward. Case in point: Our Bosch dishwasher – ordered Oct ’21 still had not been shipped by Bosch March ’22. We selected three alternatives and Perach E. watched over incoming stock and as soon as one of the three acceptable units came in, he snagged to for us and had it shipped out right away. This kind of personal attention AND FOLLOW THROUGH are unusual in vendors these days. Perach E. is a REAL CREDIT to Appliances Connection and is one of the reasons that we’re already lining up our next appliance purchase from them!"

The big box stores were saying delivery on a Bosch double oven would be June or July (6-7 months out), but Appliances Connection promised delivery in approx 30 days; however, they delivered in 3 weeks! I had some questions, and their customer service has come through for me several times, esp when it really counted! Shawn Gibson in particular has been an absolute jewel! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I'll call him next time I need to order appliances. The price comparisons with the big box stores is very impressive. Color me happy today! "
