"We purchased an appliance on 12/28/21 with an estimated delivery date of 1/10//22 and we tried to track the order on 1/5/22 the customer service rep told us it was shipped on 1/3/22. However, the company’s freight carrier, Fragile Pak, indicated on their website that they had not taken possession of the product and they would notify us when they had it so on 1/10/22 we called Appliance Connection again and their customer service representative told us again that that Fragile Pak picked it up on 1/3/22. Finally, on 1/14/22 Fragile Pak notified us they had it and when we called Appliance Connection to ask why they lied to us, twice the they said the product wasn’t picked up by the carrier until1/13/22 and they didn’t know who We spoke to that gave us the bad info but when I pressed the issue they had records of both calls and knew exactly which customer service rep I spoke to but “couldn’t understand” why we were lied to about the shipping status. So now it looks like we will have paid for the appliance for over a month before we get it and about 3 weeks after their initial estimate that we used to select Appliance Connection. Don’t make the same mistake we made. This company lies about delivery time frames!"

"On 12/20/2021 I cancelled my order and they still shipped it out on 12/22. After they informed me to reject the delivery, in which I did 2 wks ago as of today on 1/14/2022 I still have not received my $452.13. This has been a complete disaster in which I had to get my bank involved. I want all consumers to please be careful with this company. "

All I could find was the ones that stood 3"-4" above the counter until I ran across an ad for ApplianceConnect. It had everything. What a beautiful collection of appliances. I found exactly what I wanted. I purchased a wall oven that would grace any kitchen. It does everything I need an oven to do. It has French doors up top which was perfect for a 5' old lady. (double oven). And the cook top was superb. It is 48" which was not easy to find. It had to be one that fit my cut out space and it had to be flat. The customer service was superb. I found out that they sale furniture also. What a great store!

"After placing an order for an Avanti refrigerator several days ago, I checked the order status online. Seeing that the refrigerator was backordered, with no delivery date estimate, I called Appliances Connection customer service, and spoke to Sama Soliman. She confirmed the status, but was unable to provide a delivery date, but did say that I was first in line to receive the ordered model once it was available. When asked, she provided the phone number for the manufacturer, Avanti. I called Avanti, and was told that the ordered model was available for shipment. I called Appliances Connection back (a different customer service agent this time), and was told that the refrigerator had been ordered, and that they were waiting on shipment from Avanti, and would notify me once they received shipment confirmation from Avanti. Overall, thus far, I'm pleased with my customer service experience with Appliances Connection."
