"I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in my life. Do not even consider sending this company any money. I wish I had noticed their D minus rating with the Better Business Bureau before I sent them $4000. I ordered a washer dryer set about six months ago and still do not have working units. When I place the order on the phone they told me that the units were in stock. Two weeks later I called them to see what was the hold up and they told me that I was number 27 in line. But they told me don’t worry will have them in an approximately two weeks. So then I would call approximately every two weeks and one time they would tell me that there was no ETA, and the next time they will tell me that the ETA is two weeks away. This went on for about five months . Finally received the units. The dryer arrived damaged and they did not send the install kit that I purchased. The installers had no idea what they were doing and badly damaged the dryer. I actually went to Home Depot three times trying to facilitate the install as the drivers had no tools and no knowledge whatsoever of what they were doing. They did not level the washing machine and they left a shipping brace attached to the drum on the inside of the unit behind the panel. When I went to turn it on it made a horrible screeching noise. After calling speed queen I realized what they had done . Unfortunately speed queen said that it may have shorten the life of the unit because I turned it on with the shipping Brace still attached. The dryer is still not installed and the washing machine is still not operative as it needs to be leveled and I can’t lift it. I would not touch these guys with the 10 foot pole. Seriously do not send them a penny. It has been almost 6 months and I still don’t have a working washer and dryer"

"The prices are fair, I bought two appliances from them. Long delivery wait for the one, faster on the other. Customer service starts out good initially, then declines dramatically from there. My refrigerator works well... but the trucking company they work with caused an enormous amount of unnecessary damage to my front door out of complete reckless actions and carelessness. Appliance Connection seemed very concerned when it first occurred, they said they'd act as the middle man with the trucking company to help get my door fixed. That was in August, it is now December and I still have nothing except a ruined mahogany door. No calls, no messages, no replies to my messages, no replies on the ticket they opened for me. I write to them and they completely ignore my messages and do not respond at all. So much for good customer service. I guess they, along with their trucking company like to tell you what you want to hear after an incident occurs then just sweep it under the rug after the fact. And they're still using the same trucking company because I had a second appliance delivered from them that I had already ordered and couldn't cancel after the refrigerator incident. I give them a 2 star because the appliances do work well and are nice, as well as any other place you'd buy them from. But customer service and delivery is less than a 1 star."

"I was charged for a dishwasher about 4 and a half months ago and never received it. I informed them of that, but they did nothing to actually get me the dishwasher or assist in a refund until about a week ago. When I (3 months after the order) demanded a refund, I was told they would cancel the order and get a refund. That didn't happen. I followed up again a few weeks later and they finally cancelled it then at my repeat request, but I didn't get a refund. So, I had to call again to ensure that I'll actually get my money back. I still don't have the refund, but the service lady (Ludi? Not sure of the spelling) was very nice and seemed more eager to actually remedy the situation. I guess they have to check with the shipping company to verify that the dishwasher they never shipped wasn't shipped before they will give me my money back for an already cancelled order? Nonetheless, with the consistent lack of follow through after multiple calls and messages online, I have on my calendar to call back a week from now to make sure my refund is actually granted. I would never order from them again and would advise others to steer clear as well."
