"We ordered a range and a microwave. We ordered white glove delivery for the range. The microwave was delivered, but because of an error on our part on the electrical connection, they could not install (which we had paid for). We were told that they would refund the installation charge. There was never a delivery fee for the microwave. We paid for all of the add-ons for the range--the electrical cord, white glove delivery, extra charge for bringing it up 9 steps, haul off, etc. We had to call multiple times because the original Invoice they sent had additional charges for appliances and services that we did not order. They said those would be deducted. There were no extra charges on our Invoice for the microwave--only the microwave and the install. After a few weeks, Appliances Connection notified us that they could not provide the range. Today, they finally refunded part of the money for the range but not all of it. After many phone calls and a complete waste of my time, they said they would send me another copy of the Invoice. I don't need ANOTHER copy of the Invoice. I need the $68.02 that they kept for no reason. We will not do business with them again. Very disappointing. I ended up finding the same range at a total cost of less than what Appliances Connection charged me. Very difficult to contact. Overcharged. Would not refund for services and product not delivered. Total waste of time. "

I made sure that the appliance I selected was in stock, but it still took 6 weeks to ship. This might have been acceptable if they shipped the entire order, but they did not. I've spent the last 5 weeks trying to get the remainder of the order shipped. With each consecutive phone call they apologize and say that the parts will ship next day.
I still have yet to receive the remainder of the order. I was told that I would be charged a $170 restocking fee to return the part of the order I have received. "
