"I recently moved and was in need of several appliances. Due to the pandemic, local availability was very limited. I visited AppliancesConnection as the result of web search and placed 3 major appliances on order, as the website indicated they were in stock. Unfortunately, once ordered, the arrival dates populated with dates far in the future. Had I accepted this situation it would have been a long time before my household was fully functional. Instead, I doubled-down on my web search and found two of the items with true in-stock status at other providers. The process for cancelling my orders at AC was very easy, the representative assisting me was polite and knowledgeable. Although the website was misleading, the people were great. I did receive my freezer from them as scheduled with delivery services quick and seamless. I would order from them any time they are able to provide the appliances I want. "

"I ordered two appliances from Appliance Connection (as opposed to other online stores) because they both showed in-stock (not available) but in-stock. After paying, I was sent an email noting one of them was actually not in-stock and a 3 month wait period would be required. Secondly, I ordered from Appliance connection because they provided the opportunity for white glove delivery, installation and haul away of old appliances. Seemed like the perfect one stop shop. I spoke on three separate occasions with the delivery company ensuring all details of the big day (for only one appliance to be delivered) was set. Upon arrival, the company said- we do not instal panel ready appliances. WHAT? Why would a company ship and $8,000 panel ready appliance with a company that absolutely refuses to instal any form of panel ready appliances. Disaster-Fridge on backorder- Freezer sitting in a shipping warehouse in Houston, Tx. In rides the knight in shining armor- Edmond H. - The leader of 5 star customer service. I can't say enough good things about this man. He reached out on email 1) clarifying all details of the situation. 2) cancelled the backordered fridge and quickly (that seldom happens) had a refund issued to my account so I could get one from another company 3) he issued me an additional credit to cover the cost of installation. All of this was done promptly ,the communications were personal not a bot or ticket number, and he was understanding & kind in a frustrating situation. I highly recommend using this site - singularly because of Edmond H and the customer service I received. It is hard to find professionalism like that these days. Hats off and Thank you! "
