We did not want to risk not having a replacement fridge. "

"We ordered an unusual fridge with a right-hinge using the model number listed on the website. We received it after several weeks (supply chain issues) but discovered that the left-hinge model was delivered instead. The installation company also damaged one of the feet on the fridge during installation (not readily visible). The store tried to solve this by sending installers to switch the hinge but ended up causing more damage. After more back & forth, Calvin arranged for a replacement fridge and hinge switch. I would consider purchasing from them again.
3 stars for the initial installation snafus but 5 stars for the recovery. "

"Was so happy that they had the microwave I was looking for in colors I wanted at excellent price! Delivered quickly and no damage. My only concern is that Fed Ex was supposed to get a signature. They did not and just left it on steps. Per the email sent I was supposed to inspect item while delivery person was still there so if it was damaged I could return.
