"After owning many Dell systems over the years, I took a leap of faith and ordered a new system from Axion Technologies -- and it appears to have been a wise choice.
Their tech support (Roy) and sales (Annie) staff have been terrific. Roy helped me put a great system together and Annie has kept me in touch with its progress, fine tuning the system based upon what's in stock and what tech support further recommended.
Besides great service, the system is very competitively priced.
The system hasn't arrived yet but so far I'd highly recommend Axion.

"I purchased a Sanyo CD/DVD combo which, when I got it home, seemed not to work. I drummed up a conversation with their online technical support and tried a few things they suggested, but to no avail. They gave me absolutely no problems in exchanging the drive for another, quick in-and-out operation, got home, same problem. Turns out that I was using an older kind of drive cable. I explained this error on my part again to the on-line technical support who kindly passed on that my original drive was in good working order to the fellows in the RMA department. *I* was just using an older cable, problem solved, 100% satified customer."

"Richard M. McCord was VERY helpful in arranging a Return Merchandise Authorization and faxed that and a shipping label to me within 10 minutes of learning that the Toshiba Protege 3010CT laptop that I had purchased did not have an installed 4.3Ghz hard drive, as stated in the specs. "I ordered from Axion Technologies a "new open retail box" AMD Opteron CPU on the 20th of February for a computer a friend is building for me. We haven't been able to get together until this weekend to finally put everything together (and I didn't want to goof things up trying to go it alone). The computer wouldn't even start the bootup process after everything was installed. After a lot of troubleshooting, we determined that this opened retail CPU was the culprit.

So today, (March 15th), I called up AxionTech and was put in contact with Marcus in the Quick Sale department who was very understanding of my plight with having a dead CPU on my hands even though the time frame for sending back an item purchased through the Quick Sale process had elapsed. He arranged for the person I spoke to in the RMA department, Roy, to go ahead and process an RMA for the chip and they'll handle the whole issue of going back to AMD under the manufacturer's warranty.

I feared the worst when I was dialing them up, thinking I would get the standard run-around routine and the "Sorry, can't help you" situation. Marcus and Roy worked together to make me feel very glad that I did business with AxionTech because they went the extra mile to take care of me.

"When i ordered the memory, in the comment section, i typed out a comment stating that i only wanted the memory if it was made with a certain chip (BH-5) and i told them how to identify between a BH-5 and BH-6 memory module. I said that I did not want the memory if the label said "Special 222" anywhere on it and that they should call me if they were not going to be able to send me the memory i specified. I did not recieve a phone call, but i did recieve a memory module with "Special 222" on the label. no communication. very dissapointing.
On a positive note, the shipping was on time.

"This is an excellent company to do business with. I have done $10,000+ each year for the past 5+ years and have been totally satisfied with my transactions. They tell you up front whether the item you want is in stock and how long it will take if not. Rarely have I needed to wait at all, since they stock so many items. If they don't have the exact brand in stock 99 times out of 100, they'll have the same item in stock by another vendor.

There is no other vendor on the internet that I trust more than Axion. I have been screwed over by a lot of different companies, but not once by this company. Because of my negative past experiences, I find it difficult to purchase from anyone else, even if that mean waiting a few extra days or even paying a bit more. But paying more is extremely rare.

I recommend you go with these guys. They can be trusted.

FYI - I do not work for Axion or am I affiliated with them in any way. I'm just a happy customer who would recommend them without any reservations whatsoever.

"Ordered items that were marked in stock. They informed me the items were shipped. When checking with UPS the items were not shipped till 2 days later. Turned out they had to order some of my parts from another source, and never informed me of any problems. They totally screwed me on my project timeline."
