"The price was good, and this is why I chose Axion. However, I cannot express how dissatisfied I became with their customer service. Even though the item was listed as "In Stock, Ships Next Day," I did not receive the item for nearly a month. As a business, I find this unacceptable. I was NOT even notified of the delay (I looked it up myself on the site, after wondering where my package was).
When I saw it was "backordered," I sent a inquiry to AxionTech, asking exactly what this meant, and when the item was expected to arrive. Their reply was an automated response of "your order is on backorder." (Duh). I called directly, and was told it was coming in a week (this was after already waiting 10 days or so). I then got an e-mail, saying it would actually be another week after that. I then wrote, to request that the shipment be sent by overnight when it arrived (rather than by standard shipment). I thought this would be a reasonable resolution. The only response I received was an e-mail that said "Call us." The number given was "DISCONNECTED!!" I wrote again, asking them to please send me the correct phone number, so I could discuss this. I got NO response at all. I wrote yet another e-mail, and got absolutely no response to that one, either.
Eventually I did get my package (a color laser printer, not a cheap item). The item is fine. However, after placing the order 12/20, and being billed in full on 12/22, I did not receive the item until yesterday (January 14th). ALL THE WHILE, AXION'S ON-LINE SITE CONTINUED TO STATE THAT THIS ITEM WAS IN STOCK AND WOULD SHIP NEXT DAY! Worse, I received incredibly bad service, with not even a "sorry." And no, they did NOT even have the courtesy to give me upgraded delivery service (overnight or even 3 day, instead of standard).
As a small business owner, this kind of delay and misrepresentation of the availability of an item is completely unacceptable. I won't order from Axion Tech again. Too bad, because your prices ARE good. But I have my principles, and I'm not sure AxionTech has theirs.

Delivery of their products is horrendous. I ordered several components that had no tracking numbers for me to track status. Their website is no help in checking the order status.

"Update: You can read below if you want but I would like to say that Andrew from CS did call me and we came to an agreement on the shipping. He was not available when I called back and he called me back with in minutes.
He was very concerned about my issues and was willing to work with me. He did state their shipping includes a $2 handling fee and that should be noted since I could not get the same UPS price they were quoting.
So they have changed my opinion. NOw I would give them another try. I will change my ratings after I get the package and inspect it.
Shipping fees too high and they are either getting a poor deal with UPS or they are over stating. See below what I found from the UPS Web site.
I offered to edit my post below but he stated not to since I did have a complaint and that should not be erased. So I said I would update to be fair. Give them a try and do not be afraid to call Andrew if you see something that does not make sense on their site.

I found their web site a little difficult to navigate at times.
Product price for a Whisperrock fan was good so I ordered. Noted that the shipping was very high. Tried to defray some of the expense by ordering some Artic Silver.
I placed a note that the shipping for UPS ground was HALF the total ordered and respectfully asked they check the stock figure and to be honest about the shipping costs.
The invoice states the items is 2 lbs and shipped ups ground.
I went to USP web and put in the needed info (zip, weight, I even over stated the package size and included the $100 value Axiom states it is insured for.
I know they have daily pickup and an account with UPS.
The amount from zip to residential zip is showing $5.97. NOT THE $8.77 tha shows on their web site. I would be more than happy to send Axion the link. I do not see how they can state they do not overcharge for shipping.
They seemed to not even respond to my note which is actually printed on the invoice asking to charge more accurate rates.
There was no response to the note.
Also if the fan and grease is 2 lbs, they could have shipped it USPS PRIORITY FOR under $4
AND US mail does pick up as well!
My point is, customers do not like to spend half of the order cost just in shipping. Some company's like NewEgg and others off er free or lower shipping. My research shows that the rates were higher than what I was charged.
On a $16.90 order to pay $8.77 is not right.
If Axion wants to stay competitve, I suggest they find a different contract for their shipping since UPS is not doing well for the small orders.
I would probably not use this company again.

"I ordered this item on the 24th. They did not accept the credit card because the shipping address was different than the billing. I did not get notified of this, and had to end up calling them to get them to process the order on the 29th. It was supposedly shipped on the 29th. It is January 9th now. I have not received a tracking number as promised, nor have I received the package. I am wondering if my order was actually processed or if they lost it. I have called them two times. The first time (Dec 29th) I spoke to a very rude woman who told me that because of the holidays things were taking awhile. The second time I called I spoke to a man who was nicer. He said the package was being processed by their warehouse, but could not verify whether it had actually been shipped or not, even though I received an email stating that my package was shipped on the 29th. He said he was waiting for the warehouse to send back a tracking number which would take 2 days. So it's been 16 days since I first made my order, and I have to wait another 2 days just to see when my order will actually arrive.
I do not ever plan on doing business with this company again."
