"I've ordered a 17" Batesias LCD from AxionTech. Ordering was quick and easy. With my luck the LCD arrived with a dead pixel. I can live with a couple of dead pixels in the corner of the screen or on the side. The dead pixel I had was right in the center region of the screen. I tried to ignore it but it was always staring at me in the face. I had no choice but to call for a replacement. I called Batesias and they wouldn't honour the warranty for the dead pixel. AxionTech refuse to exchange it for a replacement. I spoke to Andrew (company President) and we agreed on a full refund. Even though we had different views on the manufacturer/industry standard for so many dead pixels in order for to get a replacement. Andrew was there to listen and not try to brush one off after the sale. My experience with Axiontech was exceptional. Tech support was really helpful and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again."
"Not entirely clear billing vs. shipping information. It would be nice to know ahead of time that you can't ship to an address other than billing address w/out faxing in a form. This kinda rules out buying gifts through the site."
"This was my first order from Axion. I ordered a computer case at 7pm one night. By 7:30 the same night, I received a notice that my order had shipped and true to their word, it arrived two days later.
The computer case I ordered was a mini-itx form factor case. This form factor isn't carried by many places that I found. Axion had the largest selection (in the USA) that I was able to find and had the lowest price for my particular case.
I would gladly do business with them in the future."

"Ordered exteremly nice case through Axion, and received my order quicker than expected. Upon inspection I found that the case was in exccellent condition, but was missing a top exhaust fan grill. The case was supposed to have one, since both the manufacture and axion sites displayed it. I contacted axion customer service via email, and received a reply from a Richard McCord. I told him that since I had already used my old case to built another system, was there anyway I could just get something to make up for it, instead of dismantling my tower and sending it back. He agreed to send me a silver round ide cable, per my request.

I call Axiontech and asked them to cancel my order because I needed it sooner and They told me they could try to dropship it the next day directly from the supplier. It was shipped the next day and I am very satisfied with Axiontech.com!"
"I placed my order for an Athlon64 at a sale price the seller advertised on pricewatch.com. The processor was listed as IN-STOCK on their website at the pricewatch price. It wasn't until over 24 hours later that I received an e-mail stating, and I quote:
"Axion Technologies Order - Need your response
We are unable to process your order because the processor you ordered has been discontinued.
We apologize for this issue and any inconvenience this may cause you.
We would like to offer other products that have the same specifications.
Please contact us at 888-AXION-55 or send email to ****@****.
Thank you for your business."
Notice they say discontinued? When I called them by phone about this (AMD would not DISCONTINUE their FLAGSHIP processor) I am told "yes, is discontinue! Uh-huh" by the rep on the phone. After a short discussion, I take this as a "bait and switch". The item was still listed as IN-STOCK...not discontinued on their website. Instead the price was raised around $75, and I was informed that the sale was now what was discontinued.

I was contacted by the owner of Axion Technologies after leaving this review. I am pleased to say that as soon as this came to his attention, he made every effort to rectify the situation. He took it upon himself to call me personally, not only to see to it that I was pleased, but to also understand what went wrong so that it can corrected. This is the FIRST retailer in all my years purchasing online that has made this kind of effort. For this reason I WILL RECOMMEND them, and will use them for future purchases. He is very concerned about customer satisfaction, and has taken steps to alleviate these types of problems from within his company and has done more than enough to be sure I am finally satisfied. I find it impossible to be disappointed with someone who is this serious about their customers. Thanks Axion!!!!"

"In general, a good ordering experience with a few glitches concerning shipping and customer service
department emails. I requested that my order be shipped as a single shipment but it was broken up into three. The Axion emails giving the shipping information gave one wrong UPS tracking number and did not give a tracking number for another shipment. Two email requests for the tracking numbers were not answered for six business days, by that time everything had arrived. No real complaints, but other e-retailers give better service so there's no reason to return to Axion. "

"I ordered a printer online. Received a confirmation email of the order with shipping cost. Email stated that I would receive another email with my tracking information.
I called back 7 days later to learn that the product was not in stock but back ordered. I inquired as to why I did not receive immediate notification that the item was not in stock. The representative communicated that I should have, and that other customers had reported a similar miscommunication. Ultimately no clear explaination was given as to why after 7 days I had not received notification of a problem with order completion.
It turns out that the item came in stock the day I called. The item was shipped out same day with upgraded shipping. ( Not free, but reduced rate )
I received my tracking number later the same day.
Purchasing experience was OK. I had no problem reaching the company. I could even get to a manager without a hassle. Ultimately my credit card was not charged until order completion. Though proactive communication concerning out of stock items is missing, the overall experience with this company isn't all that bad. This could have been a honest oversight by the company.
I would buy from them again.
