"I sent an email on sunday saying that i wanted to cancel my order, and Now I am recieving an email saying my order has been shipped on monday. somewhere My email to the canceling and shipping department got off track. and the price watch listing screwed me over to begin with by showing up in the 512MB section with 256MB Sticks which is what i ended up buying, and i don't want."

"I ordered 2 things from the same cart but 2 order numbers were created. Had problem initially with the billing address on my credit card not the same as my shipping address. I called Customer service, had shipping address changed to my billing address...or so I thought. Also, I lost a day because of the Credit card problem so I didn't need the items 2nd day air anymore. Told them to update my shipping also. They only changed one of the orders even though I specified to change both. Called them back, and said to change to other one to match. Again, Customer service rep said that it was done. Looked on the website at the status of my order, second one's shipping was still second day air and the street address was spelt wrong. Called back AGAIN, told them the problems and they said it was changed. Looked again later on the website at the status of my order. Street address was still spelt wrong on one of the orders and the other still had 2nd day air (which I no longer needed because it wouldn't make it there in time anyway)! By this time the orders had shipped and I doubt that calling them AGAIN would have helped anything. Now I have to wait and hope that the package gets delievered to the right address. Internet sellers are a dime a dozen, and it would take a miracle for me to go through Axion again."
"I ordered from Axiontech because they had the case and motherboard I wanted, and they had good prices on both. Big mistake. The site listed both items as available for shipping within 24 hours, but that wasn't the case. The motherboard shipped the next day, but the case was listed as backordered, and considering the availability listed on the site, I found myself wondering: What's going on? So I gave them a call. First of all, the support representative I contacted had a heavy accent, making him very hard to understand. When I asked him about the case, he said "We just have to pick it up. It will probably ship tomorrow," Irritating as it is, I can wait an extra day, so I accepted his explination. However, when I checked my email this morning, 48 hours after I called, I still didn't have a shipping confirmation. So I gave them another call. After getting ahold of the manager, I was informed that I should have called them to check availability before I ordered, because not all of their suppliers ship everywhere in the country. That's a total load of garbage, considering that A) there's no mention of calling for availability on their site; and B) what's the point of having an ecommerce site if everyone who orders has to call their orders in? So, after stating that I felt I should be compensated for my inconvenience, she offered to upgrade my shipping... If I'm willing to pay $5 extra! Granted, $5 is a lot less than the usual price of $18, but I don't feel that I should have to pay extra to have my order arrive when it was supposed to. Unless you're certain that they have your item in stock, I do NOT reccomend you deal with Axiontech."
"THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. MOST OF THE PEOPLE I DEALT WITH SPEAK LIKTTLE OR NO ENGLISH AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHEN I ASK SOMETHING. THE PEOPLE WHO DO ARE LIARS. THEY DO NOT MAINTAIN INVENTORY AND HAVE OTHER PEOPLE SHIP FOR THEM CONTRARY TO WHAT THEIR WEB SITE SAYS. I RECEIVED AN E-MAIL AT 1:30 TODAY (DECEMBER 4) STATING THAT ONE OF MY ITEMS WAS DISCONTINUED AND THE OTHER WAS BACKORDERED WITH NO ETA. I IMMEDIATELY SENT A REPLY STATING THAT I WANTED THE ENTIRE ORDER CANCELLED. AT 3:30 TODAY I RECEIVED ANOTHER E-MAIL THAT THE B/O ITEM WAS SHIPPED. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE PERSON I SPOKE TO SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO. I CHECKED WITH UPS AND THEY DID NOT HAVE THE ORDER YET. I ASKED THE LADY TO PLEASE GO TO THE WAREHOUSE OR CALL THEM AND TELL THEM NOT TO SHIP THE ITEM. SHE SAID SHE COULD NOT BECUASE THEY HAD ISSUED A TRACKING NUMBER. IT IS ONE THING IF IT HAD LEFT THE WAREHOUSE, BUT QUITE ANOTHER WHEN IT IS STILL IN SHIPPING!. tHIS COMPANY STINKS. i WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND I URGE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME."
"I purchased this card as a quicksell item. The card was shipped and received quickly without problems. I did not install it into a system for a while and when I did, I got lines across the screen. The warranty was for 1 month and by the time I knew the card was bad, it was past that date.
I spoke with Axion's RMA dept and despite being outside the warranty period, they agreed to take the card back for a partial refund. This was very cool of them and in my mind, reflects superior customer service. So far (with the exception of the card being bad) my dealings with Axion Tech. have been very positive. I would certainly reccomend them to anyone looking for a reliable reseller with top notch customer service."
"beware of their deals. I bought a board advertized as mint condition. It had seven day warranty. I got the board and it had more (obvious) problems than you could shake a stick at. Went for a RMA and found out the warranty started the day they shipped which meant it was up by the time I received the board. Clever way to sell off there Junk. Needless to say, AXION tech will be removed from our approved vender list.
Axion called and offered the RMA. ALL IS WELL

"DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER purchasing from Axion tech! On October 21 I attempted to purchase two Opteron 246 CPUs. The next day I was informed that they did not have enough to fulfill my order due to a flaw in their inventory system. I was promised that when they received more I would be contacted and given the opportunity to purchase the CPUs at the same price.
Over a month passed and I was not contacted. I then checked their online inventory system and to my surprise, they had 6 in stock, in their store. I emailed them asking them how I should proceed in placing the order. The person that I spoke to Chinwe Obioha lied to me no less than three times. Her first lie was that they did not have any in stock - I then showed her a direct link to their inventory system that proved that they did indeed have 6 in stock. Her next lie was that I bought the part from a "Department that no longer exists." To add insult to injury I asked why they were choosing to break a formal agreement and not honor the given price, she did not respond and ignored all further emails.
A few days later ( when I was positive that my E-mail would not be answered) I contacted them on the telephone. They put me on hold for over 20 minutes. The person that answered, Clay, was no help at all. I was given more run around and finally ended up with a promise that I would be contacted when they received more! I of course will not do any future business with these con artists. I have ordered hundreds of computer components from online retailers and this by far has been the worst. I would not put it beyond these people to send a brick in the mail and call it a CPU.
