"Incompetent."
"I originally ordered a ECS motherboard and Athlon XP upgrade and paid extra for component level testing and for an extended warranty. Well, they shipped a board with a bad AGP socket and I had a bear of a time getting credit after ordering new parts from them. I will never buy from them again!"
"Thank you for your service, this is the second time I have used you guys. I would and will use you again."
"Very good service and products. They took care of all my needs."
"This was my first purchase from Bzboyz.com and I'm very impressed. This purchase was the first time I've ever received a phone call to verify that the part I ordered was the most appropriate for my application. Bzboyz.com's proactive customer service saved me time and money. I'm very appreciative.

"This business does not accept returns on physically defective items. This is a terrible customer service policy and I highly recommend that noone do business with them."
"This company is great, they got my order correct. I will definitely buy from them again."
"Great experience! The part functions perfectly and delivery was prompt. Great customer service and communication! Thank you very much!"
"The part was great and worked flawlessly.
Order processing took some time, but was worth it."
"in response to an e-mail i just recieved...
thank you for following up with the order i placed, however i never recieved it. it was cancelled due to some error by your company verifying my credit card. same credit card i have been using for internet computer parts purchases for 10 years and same one i had to use at your competitor. By the time your company had attempted to contact me three days had passed and when i attempted to replace the order i found the same parts elsewhere cheaper and with free shipping. since then i havent had a need to place another order.
a suggestion might have been to call teh "Required" phone number if there is a problem so it might get corrected quicker and keep the business rather then lose it to delay and poor communication.
Thank You"
"Well...First I cancelled my order 6 hours after placing it but on Dec 31st they shipped it anyway. Rather than fight I went ahead and built the system that the were suposed to build(they just sent parts. They have said that they refunded my money for the case they did'nt send but they still owe me for the power supply and system build fee. So I'll wait and see. based on thier track record I'm not too optimistic.
update- they credited me for the case and power supply but bottom line is they still proceesed an order three weeks after I cancelled it. Beware, once they have your cc info they run amok."
"I am a certified computer technician, I ordered a MB/Processor combo from this outfit. I had it pre-tested for an additional $10.00 but when I received the product, it did not light. I called tech support and they said that it was my video card!? What they did not know was that my friend owns a LAN Gaming Center with 20 machines running the same MB/Pro. That's why I order these components. I interchanged my components with his testing each part individually until I determined that the MB was the bad part. I had to re-ship the combo back to them at my expense, pay them to test it, and have them tell me it is fine. They said that since I was a new customer they will send me a new combo just to keep me satisfied. When I received the products back (I paid for shipping) they were the same that I shipped to them (I marked it) and they obliviously still did not work. I had to pay (again) to ship them back. I asked for a full refund, they said that they would only refund me at current market value which was around $60 less than I paid. So I lost that $60, plus the four shipping fees, the testing fees, and two months for a board that I never had the opportunity to use. These guys are a joke. Their customer service is horrendous and I would discourage anyone from ordering from them."
"This company is a scam. After reading some bad reveiws on this site, I checked my credit card statement, and sure enough, fraudulent additional charges!! Their tech support is terrible. They just don't answer. I would return my products but they wont answer to give me an RMA number. Can't someone, or all of us file charges against this company???"
"I ordered a mobo/cpu combo on 11/13/02 that was listed as in stock and paid additional for 2 day delivery. I had to keep sending email, all but two that were ignored, to find out the status of my order. The ones that were replied to with new ship dates, or being told that it had already shipped, were not true. Finally, after 3 weeks of being ignored and exactly one hour after sending email saying I was cancelling the order, I got a response that said it had already been shipped. Another lie.
Finally, my order showed up, almost 5 weeks after I had placed an order for 2 day delivery. I had just purchased and new 400w power supply to put in my new system. I ran the power supply with success in my current system, just to check it out. When I put together the new system, installing the new mobo/cpu combo I bought from bzboys, it immediately shorted out my new power supply. I took the board to another local builder to have it tested and I was told that my board had a short in it, which caused the power supply to short out. Additionally, I had paid bzboys the extra 10 bucks to have my combo pretested prior to shipping. It was obvious before I even put it together that this had not been done prior to shipping.
All I want is the motherboard and cpu that I ordered. I'm already out the $493 I paid to BZBOYS, antoher $75 to replace the damaged power supply, $25 to have my board diagnosed prior to returning it, and $19 to ship it back to them. From reading all the other posts, which I wish I had read before I purchased from them, I can see that I'm in for a tough time. The customer service is nonexistent and the return policy is very one sided and difficult. Again, all I want is a working mobo/cpu combo. My returned item should be there in a day or so, by 12/30 or 12/31. I'll see what happens, but I'm not optimistic. Obviously, I plan to request for my credit card company to charge the entire cost back if I do not receive what I paid for. They have a "policy" about preventing credit card charge backs from happening, but fraud is fraud. I have no intention on getting something that I didn't pay for, but I will not accept anything less than what I paid for. I've already been ripped off by their failure to test the combo prior to shipping ( as I paid for it to be ), which resulted in the additional out of pocket expenses as listed above. I'll keep you posted. Bottom line is..... I knew nothing about this company and only bought from them because I saw them on pricewatch with a product I wanted at a decent price. I probably only save $5-10 at most and I can see that it was not worth it.
UPDATED 1-21-03
Bzboys wanted to charge me $5 plus shipping to exchange the defective board, $15 plus shipping to exchange and "pre-test" the replacement board or $35, plus return shipping to run "extensive diagnostics" on the defective board. LMFAO. They shipped my a dead board, that I originally paid to he pre-tested, and now want me to pay additional fees to get what I originally paid for? Like I'm going to fall for the pretesting fee again? They said they would run the "extensive diagnostics" at no charge. Hehe, I already paid $25 to a local builder to confirm my board was DOA and it took him 5 minutes. Bzboys had my board for a month and just sent out a package that I received today, 1-21-03. I had already told them that if I didn't receive my package by 1-17-03, I was refusing any shipments from them. I emailed them on 1-9-03 reminding them and again on 1-17-03 letting them know I was refusing shipment. Just like when I told them I was cancelling back in December, they suddenly replied to me. I returned my entire shipment to them on 12-23-02 and it was signed and received by them on 12-27-02. I'm just receiving a replacement board on 1-21-03? Should have been here about 11-19-02, two months ago. Actually, sisnce I didn't open the package, I'm willing to bet it's the exact same board I returned to them. If you read other post to this forum, you will see that people have discreetly marked their returns, only to receive the sane product back after being told by bzboys that they would send a replacement. Part of me wants to open the box to confirm this.
Don't be fooled by a few positive posts. These were no doubt sent by biased people. If you get involved with Bzboys, you are going to lose time, money and probably your sanity. "
"I went today to the Federal Trade Commission and reported BZBoyz. There policy is clear, if a refund is offered, they must abide. Please encourage others to go to the FTC web site ( just browse for FTC) and file a compliant. I have also filed complaints to the CA BBB. We might not get our money back but we can stop them from continuing in this manner.
No business that operates in the fashion of BZBoyz should be allowed to sell to the general public. Without mincing words, they are liars and thieves, plain and simple. They use every deceptive, untruthful sales tactic ever invented. They lie to their customers face, offer no support and disregard any attempt at reaching a reasonable conclusion or solution to customer’s problems. They sold me defective merchandise and will not give me my money back. Now that I look at the pages and pages of horror stories regarding this company, I see that to lie and swindle is their Standard Operating Procedure. They Lied to me. They stole my money. I hope I have been clear. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
