"***VERY VERY DISSATISFIED!!!***
***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY***
I bought a motherboard/processor combo (P4S333 with a P4 1.7 proc) on the 29th of Nov. 2002.. i also upgraded the standard intel fan to a Thermaltake Dragon Orb with a copper base to keep the processor nice and cool. i bought from them via pricewatch.com, and was told that the items i purchased were in stock and that they would be shipped out within 48 hours. almost 3 weeks later, i am just now receiving my order (last night actually), however, they did not send the upgraded fan.. i did not get any e mails mentioning a delay in my order, or anything in relevance to my fan not being sent, although my credit card was charged almost immediately when i ordered from them. I have been trying to contact them by telephone, although, it's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone.. their sales department cannot help, as they are complete dimwits!! i was able to get in touch with a human though (tel: ***-***-**** and the Sales Manager is Tuyer).. i was not able to speak with the sales manager as he was on another line (yea right), so i spoke with an asian lady, who was supposed to check on my order and get back with me.. the status of my order and the reason why my fan was not sent to me is not my concern.. MY concern is i want my damn fan in the mail today and i want it delivered by tomorrow! this is the second time i've tried to buy from them (i have no clue why i came back) and it's the second time i've had problems.. i didn't realize that this was the company i bought from before, but all the trouble is ringing a loud bell.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, yall!! if anyone wants any other information regarding this company, i will gladly share my experiences.. my e mail is: ****@****

"BZBOYS.com operates using misleading billing. They have "hidden" upgrades that are automatically have selected and YOU have to manually unselect them so as not to be charged. These hidden upgrades are not shown on your final bill at checkout. You will however get two charges on your credit card. The invoice they ship DOES NOT contain the invoice price because they do not want you to discover the second charge until it is after their 10 day return policy. You will probably not discover the second charge until your receive your credit card bill. The actual wording on the site reads: “If you have selected any upgrade options, it may not have calculated in your Total Cost - we will add it to the final invoice at the time of the shipping. If you do not want any upgrades, please remove the selection."
Since I did not select any upgrade options, there should have been nothing for me to remove. Stay away from this company. "
"Don't let their great pricing lure you into buying from these guys. Their prices are low because they ship stuff that doesn't work, (I'll put "don't know" on my pricing rating..their prices would be great if they didn't ship worthless parts). My partner ordered two barebones systems, board, Ram, and Amd processors. Their shipment included 2 bad boards, and one bad processor. When I reported this, they told me that I needed to return them to the manufacturer. AMD does not accept anything not shipped in the original retail container box, and there is no way BZ boys wouldn't know this. Yet, Bzboyz doesn't didn't ship the processors to us in a retail box. When I pointed this out, they said they could try and return the parts, but there would be additional fees involved. They dragged their feet on that for a couple of weeks before they changed their story again, this time claiming I had sent them a board that was from a different vendor. This was extra comical, because they had already had the board in their possession for about 4 weeks before deciding this. IF you don't like your money, buy from these guys. One other note, if you are already involved with them and need to contact them, you might as well just let them run you around on email. They won't deal with you by phone, and they'll send you an ICQ address that is never online. These guys are nothing more than common crooks. Read their customer reviews before you buy. I wish I had."
"Bottom line: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I had nothing but trouble with these people. They messed up my order, overcharged me, and failed to even SHIP my order. They blamed the problem on FedEx, but they were obviously trying to scam someone. They do not have a phone number to call if you have problems. Once I obtained a phone number from directory assistance ***-***-****), it didn't help. They didn't answer thier phone, so I had to call back several times. Once I did get to talk to someone, they were worthless. I basically had to rant and rave my way through several people and finally ended up talking to the owner of this business. If you have a problem, you should call him, his name is Sam (****@****) and he doesn't speak good english. If you ask me, he is a scam artist. I had to threaten lawyers to get my money back from these people. Do not waste your time with these people."
"BZBoyz has been nothing but a headache. The product (AMD 2100+ retail kit.) got here just fine, but last week the fan died, and the processor went with it. They claim that they don't cover the processors that are burnt due to fan failures are not covered under warranty. (Not to mention that from what I can tell AMD doesn't honour warranties from it's resellers, meaning you have to go through the reseller.)"
"OMG! CANCEL YOUR ORDERS ASAP!
after referring a friend to this site. he tells me the next day that they have no phone # and none of their ICQ contacts work. then he discovered there "pledge" and about page. typo's everywhere and not to mention there "we plan to save people monies ....and take as many with us" i cant belieave i just referred a friend here. he cant contact any1. and i didnt even find a phone #. after reading these other reviews. im going to have him cancel his order asap"
"Update... They did resolve the $23 charge after I sent a few lengthly complaints, so I ended up getting a great deal. Was it worth the hassle, probably not! ...End update...
This place sucks! 10 Days after placing my order and after sending 2 emails I finally get information about my shippment. I also find that they charged $23 extra because their stupid website can't make simple calculations. This was a result of all the extra options that they add as default and the fact that their page kept timing out and I had to keep re-entering information. Lastly since the coupon code I used didn't match the shipping I ended up with I didn't get the discount (not to mention that their shipping and insurance for a mother board was over $18!). These two errors added to 12.49+9.84=$22.33 (The morons couldn't even add so they just rounded up to $23).
This place is very irritating to deal with. They're not helpful and don't keep you up to date, probably so they can screw you before you figure it all out.
I WISH I CHECKED OUT THIS WEBSITE BEFORE EVER ORDERING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!"
"I ordered a motherboard from these people. Heard nothing for a week. Tried emailing them several times, no reply. Finally, I called discover to cancel payment on anything they charge me for. I couldn't because they were authorizing at that very moment. Ok, so I called them. After 5 tries I finally get a live person, and wait on the phone, long distance, for 15 minutes before I get to someone. Ok, so I cancel my order and get an "everythign is fixed now" reply. 2 hours later I receive a fedex shipping number on the item I canceled... ?? SO I hastily called them again, and after 10 tries I finally get them. Which I shouldn't have, because the billing department had my order canceled, and the shipping department was going to send it anyway! I would have gotten it for free.. This is no way to run a business. I will never order from these idiots ever again. Only people who seem to have a clue are the poor people they put on the phone. Who clearly screen thousands of calls by themselves, while the seperate departments forget that each other even exists.
Update: I received an e-mail from them today (Dec 06) replying to an email I sent on Tuesday. The message simply stated "Not our order umber" typographical error is theirs."
"I order my mb combo with amd 1600+ Sept 20, 2002 and have gotten it in on Oct 1, 2002 (which was 7 business days). Of course I only found out about this after I made the order and was about to cancel but I didn't. I got the board and chip which I put together to find that it won't boot. I send their tech support and email about it and got a response within 24 hours (which was good). To my suprise their instructions was correct and now I got it to work. To this day it is still working (because I build it for someone and they haven't told me it's now working). So I'm content with BzBoyz but from all the reviews here I am really skeptical about re-ordering so I have moved on to newegg. But I still wanted to put a good review for them because I didn't have "real" problems with my product."
"I made an order on the 11-19 and got the order # almost immediately. But when it came to processing the order and getting it shipped that is another story. Three days after ordering I Emailed them they gave a responce that the "status auth had been done" and the order was proceeding through to the shipping debt. I waited 3 more days, still unable to track on thier site I emailed them again I got the same exact responce I recieved before. So I emailed them back asking for a straight answer. They tell it has gotten through inventory(10 days to get through auth and inventory)- thier responce also told me they may ship from 3-4 different places in CA. When trying to call and cancel the order all I get is ringing and a message saying they are only open 9-3 PT(its a wonder they are in business with such short hours) Any way we are going to try and get the credit card to cancel the payment on the order."
"Repeat Customer. I have purchased from them online and through their warehouse as a will call when I lived in ca. After reading so many negative posts, I have to tell everyone what I have experienced.. I did have problems with one of the Intel CPU we purchased from Bzboyz. I bought 3 yr warranty. I had paid $18 extra for it. They were NOT able to help me with tech support. I was ticked off so I went directly to Intel . They did not do exchange saying it was Damaged!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What The ####, I have been building systems for years now. I was mad and called and cursed bzboyz for selling me defective CPU.They asked to to fill up RMA form and send it to them, I DID. Even then THEY WILL NOT EXCHANGE MY CPU - they returned it back to me too - Same OLD story - Saying it was damaged !!!! They did not even test it to see what was wrong , they tried to explain that they will not touch damaged CPU's. THEN WHO DOES ? Anyway, they did offer me replacement at cost and offered pre-testing. After what I went through, that was not enough. They tried I guess, but I have to ask who se fault is it CPU is defective?
That was fraustrating. But I on postive note, I have bought from them before and have have sent some of my freinds there, and no one had experiences like some mentioned here. I will buy from them again , but now that I know of this place, if I find any problems I will let everyone know."
"Placed an order with bzboyz, ordered a mobo/cpu combo, and after a few days got the same message saying contact "sorin". I did, and of course was told no oem cpu, you can upgrade for $12.00 more. I agreed, then found resellersratings. Decided to check my bank account for authorization, and found that bzboys was going to try to gig me for more $ that I had agreed on. WRONG. I immediately cancelled the order and told my bank to block ANY transactions from this company. Went to newegg and bought SAME mobo/cpu combo for LESS..
BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE. They come up as the cheapest on several catagories on pricewatch, and use different company names. They also do the old bait and switch.. "
"THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL VICTIMS OF THIS MERCHANT:
Bzboyz (aka their many aliases) is busy, busy finding ways to rip u off. Never mind their mindless excuses for why they can NEVER ship on time or complete an order without some so-called "glitch" in the order informing you that this or that is either not in stock or out of stock. I remember my first time with them I wanted to order an Asus mobo and was convinced to switch to Abit because they told me "Asus mobos have many RMAs" and they recommend Abit. I should've known then that the nightmare was just starting with these clowns.
I have read victim after victim statements about how they have been lied to, mistreated and conned and all I can say is that when we buy on price alone we become vulenerable to scammers like Bzboyz who are always willing to prey upon us unknowing "suckers". My advice is to read the rating on Resellrratings. Since my lousy experience with this vendor I have used Resellerratings religously as my shopping guide and have been extremely pleased with the results. Based on the vendors who have rated highly consistently I can say without hesitation that Newegg, Nexfan, 1CoolPC, PCNut, Provantage just to name a few of the vendors that I have successfully dealt with due to the outstanding rating system here on Resellerratings. To all who read this post, as a former victim of Bzboyz, all I can say is you have been warned! "
"These people are as idiotic as it gets. Their internal communication is so bad it's almost comical. Something right out of a Three Stooges short.
I find a great price on a MB/CPU combo on pricewatch.com from partspc.com. I order the combo (Chaintech MOBO with Duron 1.3Ghz CPU.) I get to the site...then I see the added charges they don't mention to pricewatch, such as their included fan is regarded as a temporary solution...very shady, IMO. I place the order...a day or so later, I get a cryptic, poorly written e-mail telling me to call "Sorin" about my order. The first time I cal, no answer....second time, no answer...this goes on at least three more times. This is all being done within their posted hours, as stated in the e-mail. I call them one more time...surprise, surprise...a girl answers the phone. I ask for Sorin, she tells me that he is busy, and to call back in 5 minutes. I say fine. 5 minutes goes by...NO ANSWER AGAIN!!! I get fed up and send an e-mail telling them that if they can't talk to me, I can't do business with them...cancel the order. By that time, I was HOT. I call one more time, just out of curiosity, and I get the girl again; she puts Sorin on the line. Sorin tells me I got the e-mail because he wasn't sure if the stuff I ordered was in stock. He tells me to hold on...so I hold...and hold...and hold. Finally, he says the stuff is in stock, and he will ship it out ASAP. I tell him about the e-mail, and instructed him to disregard it. Two minutes later, I get an e-mail saying the order will be shipped as per our phone call. Cool. Days go by, no confirmation that the stuff had been shipped. I send an e-mail inquiry as to the status of the order, they say it's been cancelled. I tell them that Sorin promised to reinstate it...they reply with "We haven't heard anything about that, but you *did* send us an e-mail saying to cancel the order."
In a nutshell, I'd say these people are a nightmare to deal with, and I'd avoid these losers like the plague. Spread the word; I know I will be.

"STAY AWAY. (partspc, microx, tufshop same company aliases) If you order a motherboard/CPU combo, i'll bet you the farm that they will say they don't have the OEM CPU in stock. "But we can get you retail, for more money" they will say. This happened to me 3 times on 3 DIFFERENT motherboard combos I ordered from them. When you request to wait for the OEM parts to come in, they will simply say okay, then just let your order authorization credit# expire. This happened on ALL 3 occasions. Look at the other comments on this board and you'll see it's thier scam.
I did actually recieve 1 of the 3 orders, (at about $100 over their advertised price!) and that Motherboard worked, but was a nightmare... K7S5A ECS.
Not to mention that when you order a Mobo/CPU combo their advertised price is NEVER real. When you get to the final ordering stage they suddenly tell you that the heatsink/fan is temporary and you should order another for more money. Then they say they can't guarantee the shipping unless you spend another $10 or so on shipping insurance.
My $149 mobo/CPU suddenly came to $240 after they added all the above + the retial CPU (since they 'were out' of OEM's...).
Save your money and time and go to newegg.com!!"
