"I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE. I ORDERED A PLANE ON 13TH OF DEC FOR MY GRANDSON FOR XMAS AND DID NOT HEAR THAT IT WAS OUT OF STOCK TIL DEC 19TH AND THEREFORE WAS TOO LATE TO ORDER ANOTHER ONE FOR HIM TO GET IT BY XMAS AND IF i ORDERED ANOTHER ONE THEY SAID THEY WOULD CK WITH MANAGER FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND STILL NO RESPONSE I COULDN'T AFFORD TO HAVE IT SENT 2 OR 3 DAY AIR SO I AM FURIOUS. pLACED AN ORDER WITH Nitro Planes on Monday and it was shipped on Tues and I'll receive it by Dec. 23 and no extra shipping charge, Now that a company that responds to their customers needs, especially this time of year. Thats where I'll do my shopping next time"

"Ordered 2 Double Horse 9104 helicopters, one in red, and one in blue. Very nice product however nevery assume anything. Thought since I ordered one in each color they would be seperate frequencies however they are both 27 mhz, so it will not be possible for both my boys to fly at the same time. Still gave 5 stars as I should have checked into this instead of assuming they would be different."

"My last order for a New Helicopter came in in about 2 weeks or so with a missing screw and a broken gear but I was sent the replacement parts from Banana Hobby. I am still waiting for my new order for parts that I ordered, which will come on the 22 nd of December. I don't understand why basic UPS shipping has to take so long. It also takes a long time before Banana Hobby brings your order to UPS or sends it out. I discussed this with someone in Tech support about a week or two ago they told me they send ship every day. Why can some of the Hobby companies deliver very quickly at a reasonable rate? What if Banana Hobby were to have a super saver shipping program similar to tower hobbies where you pay one yearly fee and you are bumped up to faster shipping. It is crazy that if you'd like to receive your package in a few days instead of a few weeks you have such a huge jump in cost! On average all my orders so far have taken over 2 or more weeks with Banana Hobbies basic UPS service. I cannot see ordering a bunch of parts perhaps adding up to between $10.00 & $30.00 and having to pay $40.00 to 60.00 shipping extra to get the parts to you in say 3 to 5 days! Somebody is padding money into these costs! "

"Slow delivery.

Poor customer service. I had a problem with my order, no-one contacted me. Only after my 3 phone calls and 10 days later did I get any satisfaction. The models are great - I have purchased 3. Would like to be a long term customer but at this point I'm not sure.
