Great customer support

"I went into best buy looking for a new pre built pc and I was not disappointed. I wanted something that was not going to be too expensive but also needed to be equipped to play the games that I wanted to. The staff at best buy was a huge help to make sure that I found what I needed to get. I was in and out of the store within an hour setting up my pc. "

Full kitchen set not Delivered

"DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY ST PETERS MO.,went to the BEST BUY in St Peters Mo and bought a LG appliance set for my WIFE in and out. Waited a month for the set. the day of delivery the delivery team called and said that they were on there way but with no Refrigerator, why? No one at the store gave me a courtesy call to state just that ,finally got ahold of CRAIG which he said he was the manager and he gave me 3 options
-Upgrade into another which would of been about $800
-Can deliver a whirlpool refrigerator (which I bought a LG SET)
OR CANCEL MY ORDER, like it was no big deal especially rite before Christmas, Craig said "it isnt our PROBLEM that you need to call the 800 #" very unprofessional, ignorant, very unknowable the difference of having all the same in the set, I would never ever recommend BEST BUY FOR ANYTHING ever again...THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THE REST IS UP TO YOU TO HOPEFULLY GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR....

Google Nest Hello Purchase

"Yesterday, I placed a online order for pickup at the Towson, MD York Rd store.
It was supposed to be ready for pickup within the hour. When I arrived 2 1/2 hours later it was not ready - OK no problem - I cancelled the order and went to the store shelf to oick it up to find a sign that indicated that the item is "kept behind the counter". Ok I asked the associate at the store pickup desk for someone to get it for me. She told me I had to find a "Blue Shirt" to get it for me. I found a blue shirt but he wouldnt help me because "it wasnt his department". I went back to the same unhelpful stoe pickup lady and politely let her know that I was frustrated and very unhappy. Finally another associate went to the "vault" and retreived the Nest unit for me. Thus all took 20 minutes. Even it something is on sale at BB I will go elsewhere like Microcenter and pay a higher price!!!

Ipad 7th gen 128gb delivery dec 20th NOT, said dec 23rd? Email delay 1/19/2020

"I ordered December 18th ipad 7th gen 128 go Christmas gift, said pick up Dec 20th, called on 20th will be in Dec 23rd, now I get a DAM EMAIL saying DELAY until January 19th 2020??? Wtf! It’s a Christmas gift guaranteed pick up on the 20th then 23rd of December now email DELAY to January 19th of 2020!!!!
I asked for a different store 7 miles away has in stock won’t let me pick up there, they said I need to do a full refund, wait for money to enter account days out and then repurchase!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE PLEASE. FRAUD, LIES, SCAMS.
They were not to take my money until product was in store they took my money ASAP and NO PRODUCT!!!!! I’m HOT as HELL! Reporting to BBB, channel 12 news on scam, stealing fraud

False Claims

"I needed a product the same day and needed to pick it up at Best Buy during my short lunch break. Therefore, I ordered it online for one hour pick up. The receipt even stated it would be available in one hour. Also, the latest commercials even make the same claim. However, when I arrived two hours later and after waiting for 20-minutes at the pickup desk, it was not ready for pickup. The employee told me that the order may not be ready for days as they had over 300 online orders to prepare, but only had one employee assigned to pick them up. I had to cancel my order and go find the product myself. Then I returned and found out that one was working the checkout stand and I had to checkout using the pickup desk again. After another 30-minute wait, I was able to checkout and return to work late. So, Best Buy advertises that for your convenience you can order online and pick up your product in an hour. However, in actuality, it took me almost an hour to get my product myself in the store. I know that Best Buy was in trouble a few years ago and losing money because of poor customer service. Well, it seems that they will be in trouble again because they still have not learned their lesson."

Horrible and forgetful experience- extremely poor Customer service

"I am a Best Buy elite member and have been trying to buy a Home audio system and some speakers during this holiday season and have visited multiple BB stores in the hope that I will be able to make my purchase- Not a single store has either the complete range (Bose, SONOS, LG, Sony) , most of their demo systems are always not working and the sales staff has been quite useless in helping you make the decision- They never have the complete product details or willing to help you make the comparisons.
My last visit to the Northbrook Store in IL was particularly disappointing, where the staff was not only rude & unqualified, I was subjected to some , inappropriate behavior- some of their comments and demeanor were simply demeaning , derogatory & disrespectful. The staff showed no interest & did not help in showing me the products that I wanted to evaluate- I also felt a ra**** discrimination in the way some comments were passed and the treatment I received.
In one of my other recent visits (This time the Arlington Heights store), The CS rep at the returns/Pick Up desk was so extremely rude that I had to politely ask him to be "Atleast" polite and not "Rude"
Truly a forgettable experience!

"I bought this computer online on black Friday for $950. Now its $1250 BestBuy made up some bogus excuse to cancel my order so they dont have to honor the black Friday price. BEWARE of buying anything on bestbuy online, especially on special sales.
