"The absolute, undisputed, fastest f'ng shiping on the planet! Arived the same day! Amazing! Of course I should say that I live around 300 miles away in the same state. I'm cool w/ what I orderd, a couple of case badges, 4 rounded IDE cables no make that 5, and oh did I mention the 3 damn SCRAM jet turbo fans I orderd? I orderd the Vantec Tornado fans with ample fair warning of their loudness! Those f'ers will fly out of your hand if you dont get a good grip on 'em when testing them! Work great but the sound and the furry is toooooooo much for even a half deaf person such as myself. I plan on only using them when overclocking for gaming at LAN parties. Be warned if you get more than one running at the same time the sound can be around 60 - 70+ dB's so, don't be suprised if you get complaints about them from the people around you. My biggest rant with Best Byte is the shittey packaging they do to your product! My cables where all mashed up and deformed looking compared to neater crisp retail versions. Kinda mifed about that since they are for looks more than anything! Good thing they are string to return back to their origanal form now.I also got a NIC from them and so far so good but im not going to hold it to too high of standards because it was around 12 bucks so I figure you get what you pay for with that.Overall not to bad after reading some of the horror stories about 'em on here. But , if you screw the pooch on a miniscule order like that then you got some serious compententcy issues like that dumb ass PSCH class grad student instructor I had this semester! What a f'ng tool! "

I received my package on December 14. Their prices were the best I could find and the shipping was fair. Extremely fast shipping, from Texas to Georgia in, technically, three days! "I put in an order for 6 cables, some power supply caps, and a bus fan on Tuesday, November 26th. I put in an order to another site for a case about ten minutes after this. The case arrived the following tuesday while my order from Bestbyte.net didn't arrive until friday, almost 10 days later. Since this was Thanksgiving weekend I figured that shipping would be kind of slow, but not this slow. Also, the tracking system they use doesn't work as well as many others, as in they only update it every couple of days. I would not order from Bestbyte again because of their slow shipping and bad service. On the upside, they do offer pretty good prices for rounded cables and other accesories, but I don't want to wait for this long to get them."

In the competative market of on-line computer accessory sales there are too many other companies doing a lot better job. The communication was fair at best. The shipping was poor. My order consisted of two fans and three cables and it took them a week to even ship the item. "

Finally connected via email but they were unwilling to take any responsibility. They called it a "warranty issue" even though part arrived dead as a doorknob. I placed an order to Best Byte Computers and they sent me the Wrong/Unsolicited Items. I ordered some Arctic Silver 3, and
a couple of All Blue quad LED fans and they sent me 2 very cheap fans instead. Items arrived very poorly packaged in a small
US Priority box with only a piece of newspaper to secure the items, no receipt was included in the package.
I sent them 7 or 8 e-mails explaining the problem. I used both, their email communication form that is available at their
web site and also using the reply email to the order confirmation that I received from them. I did NOT receive any email
response at all from them.
Their office hours are only from Mon-Fri 9am-5pm CST, which makes telephone communication extremely hard for people
who work full time and in a different time zone. If you use email as your main tool of communication be VERY aware of these
problems.
I left a message at their phone number and I also wrote a complaint email about them to pricewatch.com in order to get a
response from them. It seems that it worked because I was finally able to reach them on the phone at off work hours.
In order to refund my money back they insisted that they will need to receive the wrong items first by mail. They requested that
the items should be returned by regular mail and not in the US Priority Box that I had received from them in order for them to
save on shipping.
I had to prepare a package with my own packaging materials in order to send the wrong items back to them and had to spend
my time to get into the post office to send it with delivery confirmation because I did not trusted them at all. Of course, I made
sure that they reimbursed me the postage that I'd spend, but the whole situation was only a time consuming nightmare that lasted
for weeks.
At their web site they do not give any explanations on what are the procedures to follow when we receive the WRONG
merchandise from them. The whole situation was CLEARLY their mistake, but yet, they do expect you to pay for their
mistakes. Awful experience!
TIP: Before ordering from them take your time to read all of the negative comments at this web site and see how they usually
handle their problems and mistakes, then it will be only your choice to Gamble or not to Gamble with them.

"I ordered from them, 2 enermax cases, 2 sets of rouncd cables, 2 thermalright heatsinks and 2 80 mm fans to go along with the heatsinks. I have to thank Barry for helping me. Two days after i made my order, i realized that the enermax cases did not come with power supplies. Some people said they were a little slow to ship out, but for this, i was thankful. My order was still there waiting to be picked up by FedEx, I explained to Barry that I thought there was a power supply with the case because they had the same price as other websites that did include the ps. Without me saying anything, he asked if i wanted to cancel the cases (which was on my mind actually), then he offered to match the price of a competitor. All in all, he gave me two 300 watt ps's for no charge to match others' prices. I thought this was great, and defitely praise him for that exceptional service. Overall, this was a great experience. Two minor cons to this order.
1. There was no invoice/packing slip with my shipment.
2. Both of the cases had a small dent in the corner (nothing to send it back over, but i think they should inspect them a little more carefully). I would recommend and consider them for future purchases."
