When I told her I didn't remember because it was a long time ago -- at least 20 years, she suggested I call our police Dept to get that date, which I did not want to do. She then asked if I wanted to email the info. By then I was pretty frustrated and asked to speak to supervisor. This call took 20 minutes, which seems pretty ridiculous."

"My experience was Brinks was good. The problem was a sensor does not like to work when it's cold at night and warm in the morning. The technition replaced it with a newer modern sensor or we will see if that works in the cold garage better than the other one. I feel that since it was a design or equipment issue and nothing that I could have done to prevent it that the $50 service charge should have been waived."
