"Tiffany was the person I talked to on my second phone call. I was on hold waiting for an answer all the way to the battery store. When she finally answered, she kept insisting that I needed to be at home for a check of my unit. I told her I had already called and was told the low battery alarm was for the motion detectors and i was buying them as we spoke. That should have been the end of it, but she continued to tell me that i needed to be at home so she could run a check on the screen. She made me feel like i didn't know how to read or have a brain. I told her I'd already spoken to someone else and i wasn't home because i had to hurry to the only battery store that would have that size battery. The store was about to close. I am not happy with her attitude and her condescending tone of voice."
"This comment has nothing to do with the call today. It has to do with when I signed up with Moni. The day after it was installed I received a coupon from AAA that said I could get it at $19.99. I called and they said I had to call the installers and the coupon said I had to call Moni. I emailed them a few times and they never responded to my request. I called and left a message and they never responded to that either. I was at the point I wish I had never had it installed. I don't know why I did any way as we have never had any problems with someone trying to break in residences in our park. We also winter in Florida. Needless to say I am not at all happy with the way I have been treated."
