"Shandon, the agent, was extremely helpful as we tried to resolve the issue. He listened carefully, took the time to research the issue and possible solutions, and walked home through several steps. In the end, even with technical assistance, the issue was not totally resolved—at the time. He reassured me that even with a low battery message on the keypad that the system was working. He arranged for me to call back to schedule a service appointment when we return to our home is a couple of weeks. We ended the 35 minute service all with me feeling comfortable with it all. Based upon his suggestions, I went back to the keypad the next day, changed batteries again, and ended up taping the unit closed. And now all is working well! I will call him back when we return so we can have a service person come to check the system and replace the keypad."
