"Brinks helps me feel reassured my family and myself are safe and the price is reasonable, but I am upset the representative didn't tell us we needed to file an alarm permit with the city we live in. Now in concerned we will be charged for a false fire alarm when fire department was dispatched after calling only one of the two numbers we have on file. I spoke with the rep to have both numbers called before dispatching but I'm disappointed because that's what the representative told us was the procedure in the first place."
