"Ordered a Canon A95 which was processed and shipped on the first business day after ordering. The bottom line price was one of the best around. I thought the shipping cost was a little steep, but not completely out of line. One of the better NY based electronics merchants, and I'd give them my business again."

"DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. I placed an order on line for an Optoma EZ-PRO 758 projector for $1,742.00 and a VersaPoint Communicator Remote for $73.99. They acknowledged the order with an email, giving me an order number, but did not provide a statement or invoice. I called them to add an extented warranty for 3 years at 99.00 per year and they said they would make it 5 years at that price. They said an invoice would be sent in 24 hours. After 24 hours their order status page said that there was no account with my number.
I tried calling customer service 3 times without and an answer. I checked my bank and they had attempted to take out $2,242.94 but the bank did not release it because of a question about the delivery address. After 24 hours there was sill not account with my number posted. I called customer service again witout an answer. I sent an email to cancel the order. Then they called. When ask why they would not send an invoice and why they jacked up the costs, they became very irate and condescending using very abusive language. When I insisted the order be cancelled, they yelled "It's Canceled" and hung up.

"Why is this company still in business? Never do business with them ever. I still have yet to receive the Olympus Camedia 7070 that I ordered almost 2 months ago. I was told every time that I called that it would be shipped in 10 day. 15 days would pass and nothing. What a joke company."

"No problems here! I did have to call and verify shipping address and yes I did get a friendly sales pitch in which I told him was too expensive, eventually I negotiated the price down considerably and got a couple extras. I received a great deal on the lens and average for the flash, both came with manufactors warranty and are in perfect condition. I will make a note of this company and compare prices with them on future purchases."

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!

this was easily the worst internet experience that I ever had. At first, they said that my item was backordered. After waiting 2 weeks, I called them and they told me that they no longer carry this item. Their customer service is very rude and not at all helpful. I have called them several times about this issue and I get different explanations/reasons everytime.

There are a lot better companies out there-

"Awful store. Salesman deliberately lied about TV I ordered and sid it was in stock and would be dekivered in 7-10 days. 1 week later, after being assured many times that item was being shipped, I was told that they NEVER stocked the item. Person on phone apologized for conduct of others and for misleading me. Never buy form these dishonest people."
