"I purchased a chrome grille 2 years ago. The first one I recieved I noticed there was a scratch in it and they immediately corrected the flaw by sending me a replacement. Fast forward to the present and I noticed some wrinkling/chipping in the finish. Contacted CarID curious about the warranty on the finish. To my surprise it was still under warranty and they promptly offered a refund or exchange. However they did not have that particular grille in stock so I opted for store credit. Rachel from CarID was a huge help in assisting me in the process of the store credit and shipment of the parts I desired for my current project. Hats off to her. She deserves a raise for her communication and knowledge. "
