"Third time trying this company. All three had “shipping delays “ with no notice to me. So I called the company where the product was coming from and they had 700 of them and readily available. Carid said that the manufacturer was experiencing delays. Lie! They were caught in a lie. Lastly not one customer service agent spoke great English so I felt like I was ordering from another country. Bad company. "

"I ordered LED head light assembly when I received it there were no LED bulbs I called to ordered the bulbs and expressed my disappointment the gentleman in sales stated and a very condescending voice "well it states it on the page" I was very polite and said wellI guess I missed it I would like to ordered bulbs, he asked me what size I told him I didn't know but I ordered the assembly from your establishment using my year make and model is that enough information to determine the correct size he said no. I would need to find the size and phone back. When I called back with the information I received a different agent, I explained my issue again and before I could give him the size he knew it and placed the orderd. I could help to think why didn't the first guy do that. I had decided that I was never going to ordered from there again, but the second guy showed me you indeed have great customer service at that company and the first guy must of been having a super horrible day. Don't know the second guy name, but he saved you a customer and I have recommended to you to all my friends. Great Job second guy!"
