"I was truly please with the service from CARiD......I purchase the truck cover for my son...the original ship date was going to a week after he returned from Afghanistan so I call and the young women that help me got it to me 4days before he return and so all the remodel we did on his truck was done in time to surprise him when he got home....again a BIG THANK YOU....you made a soldiers mother happen and a young man that deserved the gift for putting his life on the line for our freedom...."

"Communication is sorry, everyone has a different story, no one follows up, supervisors don't do anything better than employees, and when they say something will happen today, it is two days before it actually happens. One return took 12 days of phone calls, over 4 hours of hold time, and a surprise unscheduled visit to finally pick up item by UPS and it just so happened my husband was home. Item wasn't taped and no label for return and UPS had to do all of that before she could take items, because again "no label emailed to me"
Then the label UPS had a different shipping address then the email I FINALLY got from CARiD. So then another phone call for 30 minutes to verify item going to correct address. Now I have to wait for item to get to destination, then be inspected, then communicated to CARiD then they process refunds, then wait AGAIN!!!! for them to process return back to card!"
