"I ordered headlamp and corner lamp assemblies. Both headlamp assemblies came damaged. I filled out damaged claims for both items. Sent proof of damaged items and undamaged packaging at all angles twice. Then Carid requested me to "field destroy" and send pictures of both destroyed products.
Five weeks after original order was placed, I received only one of the damaged replacements. With the other being forgot about by Carid.

"CARiD provided provided a great online experience in shopping for replacement parts for my older cat (2008 Hyundai Santa Fe). They offered great technical support on-line to make sure I ordered the correct headlights (Hyundai had a 1 connector and a different 2 connector headlight for my vehicle). I ordered a pair of right and left headlights and they were shipped from 2 different locations and I received 2 left headlights. CARiD promptly provided a return shipping label and simultaneously sent the correct (right side) headlight. Part was very high quality, OEM equivalent, and was a great value. The dealer didn't have it in stock and had a price that was twice as expensive as CARiD. I also ordered a wheel well liner and it was high quality and great value and fit like the OEM part. I highly recommend CARiD as asupplier of high quality OEM equivalent auto parts. "
