"Was looking for a part and added to the cart/paid for. Then after a few days it outlined it was going to be delayed for over two weeks. No explanation or cares. If you don’t have it in stock or have issues you should be communicating them to your clients. Needed the part so I used OEM. This company is ONLY for plans you have a month or two down the road. UPDATE: got a token reply what looks/feels canned. $25 gift card but doubtful they will “fix” the issue. Just plug away at saying things are in stock and not keeping accurate or out of stock alerts, cheaper to make a customer wait and offer a token kiss. "

I was told they will send out the replacement immediately. * Updated received the replacement days after speaking to customer care and got the right item. "
