"I paid $750 for a bumper and it was awful quality. 3 car dealerships said they wouldn’t even touch the bumper because of how bad quality it was and the only place willing to touch it said it would be 4k-5k to fix the imperfections and put it on my car. They don’t even send you screws or sand it completely where it will fit. The bumper I got didn’t fit my car and it has been nothing but a hassle to try and return. Still waiting on a response and chances are they won’t even refund me for the bumper. I would steer clear of this company unless you have a crazy amount of money to spend or are an expert in cars. "

"I bought a truck liner for my pick up. I bought the pendaliner but I got the duraliner that's made in the same factory by the same company. It still works great but I realized there is a $60 difference in between the one I ordered and the one I got. It still works and performs amazingly.
I would still buy from Carid again. They did deliver on time."

"Received the product as described but package was damaged during transit. The instructions were missing despite being referenced by the manufacturer in their video. Contacted customer service and was informed repeatedly that instructions were not listed on their website as a contents of the box and so it was not their problem. They said did not have digital versions and said I should take my vehicle to a car mechanic who could do the installation of the DIY part for me."
