"Your company should be commended on the customer service people you employ. It has been a while just I've received such great customer service as I did with CariD. Anthony Lesco, Dakota and Marley Toy (and might have missed someone) have been wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. An item we ordered arrived damaged and the process for replacing it went smoothly.
Other companies should take lessons from your company on what customer service should be like.

"Ordered 2 ten packs of wheel studs which costed me well over $100 dollars to only receive 2 singular studs in the mail, i first get told your gonna send me the rest of them with a new email update, never got the email, emailed you guys again and get told u only have 13 in stock. Talk about no follow up or keeping track of your inventory. Why have 10 packs for sale if you dont even got enough to sell me 20. Furthermore i try to get a refund for the 18 studs i didn't get and apparently thats not possible. Ill never order from here again."
