"I ordered an item from CARiD because it said in stock and ships next day. I had a very tight deadline for this item. It's been almost 2 weeks now and every time I contact them I get a reply saying I'll have an answer in 24-48 hours, but then when I get a reply it pretty much tells me absolutely nothing. I was given a FedEx tracking number but it just says "label created." I told them to cancel the order if I can have the item by the end of this week, and the reply to that is still the standard reply that they'll look into it and reply within 24-48 hours. Ordered this on the 16th and it's now the 29th."

Upon calling to report the problem I was treated with care and concern about the damaged product which was replaced without a hassle. My suggestion would be be to use a different transport company as the replacement box was damaged and very minor defect that won't be seen.your company gets 5 stars for sure. "
