"Ordered 2 Headlight housing for my car, received two boxes different sizes. hmmm ok one big box and one not as big. Opened them up, got the drivers side correct, the other not even close, contacted Carid ok no problem, you have to return the wrong one then we can send you the new one, Still waiting for the RMA its been a while couple of weeks, I decided i wanted the correct headlight to get the project done. I purchased anther headlight from them waiting for the RMA, Got the headlight , Still waiting on the RMA?????? You said a couple of days? Hmmm its been a couple of weeks. Had to call back they said a couple of days. When i get to return the WRONG ITEM i will get a refund. Yes i will still use the company, just please ask whoever is pulling the order to please look and consider why is one box so much bigger than the other when they are the same thing???? After all this, I didn't need to return the wrong item i had to destroy, Thank you for making it easy. I received the correct light it looks great, Since this i have ordered more items everything is looking good !!"
