"Front: Joseph was outstanding with the initial sale. He contacted me promptly about the changes needed for my tires. He fixed and re-wrote the P/O and shipped me my wheels.
Back-end: My lug nuts were never shipped. I got my wheels and they are beautiful. But no lug nuts. I wait a few days and still nothing. I send an email regarding the nuts, I get one back the next day stating that my nuts were gone/missing and they are sending out a shipment the next day. No carrier, no order number, nothing to track the package at all. The next day.
Edit Review: I was asked by Alice to comment on this review and possibly update my comments. I stand by the review's stars. It is factual in all ways. I truly love my wheels, they look excellent on my Raven Black Cadillac ATS Coupe. And on the back end, I had to purchase my own black lug nuts via Summit Racing because I did not receive any from Car/id with the initial delivery of the wheels. After back-and-fourth emails I received my lug nuts, the day after I had my wheels installed with my Summit nuts.
I stand by my initial Three-star review. I love the tires/rims on my vehicle, the front end of the sale was excellent, but when I had a problem on the back-side customer service was lacking and slow to respond. As I stated in one of my emails; when I have a problem, you have a problem. But it was just me with my problem, not a great plan."
