"I was asked the same question more than once on whether I had accidentally duplicated an order. I confirmed twice via email and it still took a phone call to receive some sort of confirmation. It was disappointing, since prior to order placement I checked via phone and chat that items were in stock and ready to ship. I was assured items would ship within 24 hours. One of the orders shipped a week later from three different origins and arrived on different dates. "

"I have purchased car parts from CarID before and have been happy with the speed of shipping, and the parts arriving as expected, on time or early.
Recently I have noticed that if you are logged into your CarID account and start a cart, the system will remember you and save your cart. It's a nice reminder to carry one if you get distracted while purchasing. Another new positive twist is you might get a phone call from a CarID representative to offer assistance. The person calling is ready to complete your order for you via the phone or answer any questions.
In my case Randall called me and did just that. Asked me if he could help with the order to see it to completion. Asked if I had any questions about the order or needed help with more parts. He was most pleasant and made the experience that much better.
I am always impressed with the vast selection of parts and accessories available. I will continue to be a customer always.

"Poor communication! Paid for a product, got charge for product, product never shipped, shipment got canceled (do not know why but only found out after ) waiting 10 days for product to arrive. Had to call to find out what the issue was. Nobody knows why but, product was canceled. I lost out on precious time of having that part replaced because of poor communication. "
