I'm quite elated. FIVE STAR rating for BRANDON!!!
Wrapped up the 'rushed' order, left Sissy a bit of cash to reimburse her credit card and went quite smugly on my way. Bit later that evening, sitting on the couch, a panic sets in when i realize my date error. Quickly pulled up another chat and Rachel Hernan answered. Explained the 'hopeless' dilemma. Steering wheel and seats would be fine, universal fit. Adapter fine, fits 71 to 73. BUT THE CUSTOM MADE, NON REFUNDABLE, NOT RETURNABLE seat installation brackets were '71/72 AND I NEEDED '73!!!!! OH CRAP - can you help???
Caught the order in time!!!! Once again, only a few minutes and few questions later (to which i correctly answered '73 this time) and a cancellation/replacement order were complete along with another coupon 'ta boot'. THANK YOU!!! FIVE STAR rating for Rachel, too! A smooth, glitch free transaction, (which had worried me since it was on Sissy's card).
