Turns out different parts were used on 2012 Prius vehicles but this wasn't clear from the website nor do they have a way to check vehice VIN to confirm "fitment." CarID will deduct their shipping cost and charge a restocking fee to my refund. I didn't know were in bankruptcy but it makes sense. This was a terrible experience."

"I seen 8 fuel injectors next to other auto part dealers like yourself, when I pressed it it took me to fuel injectors but I guess a single one. so called customer service and I was telling her I wanna exchange them for the ones I needed, but she told me I have to pay for a restocking fee and shipping fee plus you keep my shipping fee as well. well I buy 1000's of dollars worth of auto parts a year, and how you showed me how you do business I'd rather take the loss of a 100 than continue to spend 1000's so I'll take my business else where, "
