"I had a DVR installed by my alarm company. It was supposed to be easy to use and work with Mac computers. It was difficult to operate and didn’t work with Mac’s, even after multiple software downloads. I searched for a DVR that worked with Mac’s and found CCTV Camera Pros. From the first call, they were easy to talk with, knowledgeable, and interested in helping me. I purchased a 4 channel DVR. It arrived two days later. "the DVR will not load all brands of cameras. Had to return their DVR and they were quick to refund me (that is why the two stars) but I had to pay return shipping, so it cost me $50.00 to find out that their system always work."

"I previously had a security dvr from another company who closed their company and cancelled their mobile app.
Doing research on the situation, I came across CCTV CAMERA PROS, who were willing to help me find a comparable security system with a mobile app.
From the very beginning, Mike was very helpful and after I tried to set it up, I had some difficulty as I’m not very tech savvy at all, he was very encouraging and patient with me, I was ready to just send it all back, and he was very workable with that also.
He had told me if I needed any help setting it up to just reach out to them. I decided to just think about it for a bit then decided to keep it and when I tried again to set it up, knowing I could call them for assistance, it actually was very easy, and I didn’t even need to call them.
I’m pretty sure I was over thinking it the first time I tried, as it was actually quite simple to set up the second time.
